I would like to start off by saying that everyone at this restaurant was extremely professional and the COVID-19 processes were excellent. I was initially greeted by a very professional and energetic woman with a tattoo on her left forearm who was extremely helpful. When...I was seated, a balding blonde haired gentleman named Bryce ( like rice with a B ... and a Y) came to take my order / tell me the specials. I am a millennial so I have made up multiple food intolerances to complain about on social media but his knowledge of the menu was outstanding. He not only knew what was fresh and what was ideal for my “allergies” but he also pointed us both in the right direction for wine pairings with our meal. 10/10 experience and I have / will be back again .More

It was our first time at The Vancouver Fish Co. and our experience was no short of exceptional. Andrew’s service was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and all the while very entertaining. Love his personality. For food, we ordered from the Dine-out...Vancouver menu. It was a good place to start since it was our first time there. We were pleased with our choices. Thank you for a great experience guys! We will be back. Enjoy Costa Rica Andrew!More

We ate there today Feb 13.Dry main dish was not enjoyable. I ordered the Lobster Thermidor. The rice had 0 flavour. I used my lemon on plate on rice to make it palatable. The lobster was ok but needed butter., for it to be enjoyable and...it wasn’t that hot.The kale salad was ok but really salty. I guess salty, dry, and no flavour make a balanced dish? My wife ordered the surf and turf. That was perfect. The clam chowder and scallops we ordered as the starters were excellent. Both the cheesecake and torte were delicious. IF, I ever go back, I’ll avoid the Lobster(sad for a seafood restaurant) .I will either order surf and turf or see how good their pasta is.Mamosa I had was $8 and almost a shooter for size. I’ll stick to water next time. Was expecting a nicer ambiance for Valentine’s weekend dinner. They put a plant on the table...ooooo No Valentine’s anything anywhere. Felt just like any other day eating out.More

Came here for the high tea buffet on my 21st birthday, and I couldn’t have asked for better! The environment was lovely but also very comfortable, and the view was amazing. There was a good variety of food (both hot and cold!) which all tasted...incredible, with some fresh and innovative flavor combinations like their prawn and raspberry cream cornbread and some beloved classics like the orange and chocolate scones. I was so impressed by the attention to detail in each piece; not only were the flavor pairings delicious but the texture of each element and how it was presented was clearly carefully thought out. My highlight was probably the mini Caesar salad, I couldn’t get over how they placed the sauce so that it looked like a mini fried egg (shown in photo). We also took full advantage of the bottomless specialty teas and barista coffees, which paired perfectly with the food. Would definitely recommend coming here for an indulgent and memorable experience!More

As we have just moved into the area we decided to try this local restaurant. The appetiser of crab fritters was tasty and more than enough for two. We ordered the scallops which were tender, cooked to perfection on a fragrant apple & parsnip puree....The octopus was delicious although it was served with more potatoes than really necessary. Dessert of donuts with dulce de leche reminded us of our grandmother's and was sublime. Our server Andrew was deft and knowledgeable. He assisted us in our wine choice which was a first rate recommendation. He had very detailed knowledge of the menu and wine list. His professionalism, quality of service and attentiveness was very much appreciated. We will be back!More

Andrew had it all, the service was impeccable, the food was top notch. But he could not flip the cork (first try) into our empty bottle of wine. 10/10 will be back.

Granville island line up was way to long so I decided to pop in for a wine and maybe a bite to eat. Andrew made some great recommendations and was super personable and not fake. I came previously with my fiancé and Pierre served us...and we both are impressed with the service. Gold star for both gentlemen. Food was awesome. We are sure to become regulars as we live relatively close.More

The best patio in Vancouver; cozy at night, bright during the day. We felt very safe with the COVID protocols. The best part was our server Andrew. He made us feel welcome and kept us entertained. We expect great things!
