Sub par coffee. She had a Dry omelette. I had The basic breakfast which was fine. ‘Toast’ not great. No ketchup. Nice fruit bowl though.

We went there one day to get some cover from the celestial rainstorm in Vancouver. We had a strawberry mousse dome (delicious) and a coffee. I went back the next week to pick up something for dinner. I got the eggplant dish with a side...salad. It was delicious! I got two huge pieces of bread with my order, the dressing on the salad is great- might have a slight cinnamon touch to it. The eggplant was well cooked and looked great!More

French toast was excellent. Cabinet food was very weak and poor quality. Coffees (latte) were served without spoons and we were only given knives and forks for one person.

Fresh salads, yummy pasta, & decadent baked goods:) What a find in the usually too commercial Gastown! It’s always packed at lunch. I finally got to check out this little cafe for dinner via a promotional coupon. So glad I did. Huge servings of salad,...& pasta too. We finished up with a lemon tart. Will definitely be back!More

Not far from the Steam Clock we entered this quaint restaurant and were treated to a sumptuous, perfectly prepared breakfast. The three eggs crab Benedict was moist, filled with flavor and served atop of gently toasted brioche. Truly outstanding!

This was the ideal place for breakfast in a casual neighborhood place with character, as I was looking to avoid a hotel restaurant after business travel. The menu is limited, but the offerings look delicious. I had a toasted croissant with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon...and avocado served with a side of fresh fruit along with a caramel nonfat latte. The croissant was toasted perfectly and the toppings were delicious. It was a generous portion size too - I skipped lunch that day. My coffee was good, and not overly sweet, as requested. The brick interior is small and cozy, and I was comfortable sitting in a window seat. It’s in a great location in the heart of the Gastown shopping area. I would go back on my next visit.More
