We stopped here for lunch and were able to get a seat straight away. The food was absolutely the best Japanese either of us had had. We ordered the sashimi and the beef. The service was friendly and prompt! We will be back!

Everything was up to the standards of its TripAdvisor ranking. The fish was just wonderful, the blue fin tuna, the bebinbo and the homemade ginger ale. We love it so much we went twice during our visit.

Love the food and surrounds. Creative desserts, black sesame pannacotta and green tea brûlée, were among the best desserts I've had anywhere.

On a visit to Vancouver we were looking forward to visiting this trendy sushi restaurant because of its high ratings on TA, but we were disappointed. The cod dish was not great. Tuna was better, and so was the ramen, but it did not live...More

We came really early from Seattle just to try the special bento box! We ordered two and were not disappointed. To get the special bento box, one must line up outside the restaurant before it opens at 11. I think we came around 10:30. The...More

A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and
perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset

take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along

I don't think they have a sample dinner menu. But you can check their menu on their website. Their group restaurant, Suika, instead, has a sampler appetizer menu. Not the main dinner though.
