I had the fish stew and it was very good. There were scallops, mussels, shrimp and halibut in it with a tomato and onion base. Served with some great, dense rye bread which I used to soak up the broth. The stew was a bit...More

Travelling in a group of five, two of us dedicated oyster lovers. We dropped into Rodney's for Happy Hour during our brief stop in Vancouver. Although oysters weren't included on the discounted menu, we were on holiday! Loved the selection brought to us by the...More

We had high hopes for Rodney's in Vancouver after being Toronto regulars. Unfortunately our party of six was very disappointed. We arrived on time for our reservation, but it took 20 minutes to get a table. Then an additional 20 minutes to get water, and...More

Went here and it was very busy during the week. Didn't have a reservation but got in after a 30 min. wait. Plenty of nice fish options and food was very good. Only downside service was average.

Super busy and only 2 servers but they hustled. Great seafood, and just steps away from where we stayed in Gastown. Curry Shrimp and Halibut Fish and chips delish. Mussels in broth, outstanding!

If you love oysters this is the place to go. Also had the fish stew and lobster pasta dish. All the food is amazing, but the oysters are the best. The restaurant is a bit loud, but we had a fun server. Along with a...More

What I don't like is when they don't give you a price. They could have said they range from $3.50 to $4.00 an oyster. I don't remember ever paying $45.00 for a dozen oysters. At an oyster bar, this is not a fancy restaurant. Music...More
