This may just be the best vegan restaurant we've ever eaten at. Nothing ordinary about the food or the place. The menu is creative, delicious, healthy, and very satisfying. If this place was near home (in Calif.) we'd be regulars.

Delicious and filling foods. Said to be an “Ukrainian” restaurant. We tried the Ukrainian Pirogies, the Zucchini Pasta with pesto sauce and the Burger. Every meal was a “wow.” The avocado mousse was amazingly fluffy. I had to go back to try more, and I...More

I loved the peaceful ambiance in this little basement cafe. I’ve been vegan for a while and wasn’t sure about raw but the food blew me away. Great place to have lunch and catch up with an old friend.

This is a small place - with a somewhat different setting; the queer little items like the stuffed toys of animals, the furniture - a table top made of cross sections of wooden logs, everything caught my attention. You get vegan foods here - all...More

Recently I visited the Indigo Art Cafe in downtown Vancouver while I was in the city on tourism. I am from India and vegetarian and was tired of eating the mediocre Indian dished served by local Indian restaurants. So I decided to try this cafe...More

history a more lively presence here than anywhere
else. Having been originally founded around a popular
worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
