Good service. We had lunch of a Bean Burrito and Santa Fe salad, both generous and tasty. I had been here the month before for egg dishes that were excellent as well with good coffee.

Fantastic service and food. Place was busy, but didn’t have to wait long for a table. Service was great, all staff were very attentive and the coffee was topped off numerous times. Lots of menu options, I had the San Diego Benny, so good!

Great spot for brunch. Menu is huge, including vegan options. Service is friendly and speedy. Restaurant is clean and spacious. Portions were large, which usually is a sign that the taste and quality are questionable, but not in this place! Both omelettes and pancakes with...peach were delish! Good central location in downtown Victoria. We will go again for sure.More

we were lucky to stay across the street from shine cafe, so we were able to get in as soon as it opened. great food, and i loved that they had just eggs for an egg substitute. a wonderful place to grab breakfast/brunch!

Took a chance when we walked by … so glad we did ! We were greeted warmly and were seated quickly. A great looking menu with lots of variety. We both had Eggs Benny - mine was the San Diego and my husbands was the...classic - both were very good ! Our server was attentive, warm and friendly :) Thank you for great food and service.More

Enjoyed our breakfast at the Shine Cafe. I had their 222 and the husband ordered their chorizo hash. It's cool that they had the mimosa + coffee combo for drinks which we enjoyed. Servings were huge and staff were great!

A well prepared, thoughtful and hearty breakfast. I had a breakfast burrito with corn bread. The service was good, the food was very satisfying, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.

Two of us stopped by for nearly lunchtime meal and realized breakfast was still being served. Lemon French Toast was ordered and it was fantastic. Excellent service as well. I noticed a number patrons simply tapped on the window and were served outside. I assume...to look after these folks without the QR code? Brilliant! I like this place.More

The breakfast hash I had here was delicious! My partner had a vegan breakfast that she really enjoyed, too. Nice cozy atmosphere. Great service!

Staff were quite attentive and concerned about the small spider that was crawling along the wall by our table. The were going to catch it and take it outside but it crawled up to the ceiling and away from us. The breakfast good, but there...were a few too many hashbrowns.More

The lemon berry french toast and the eggs Benny with pesto hollandaise sauce…WOW! The food was some of the best food I have ever had. And the servers were extremely kind and wonderful. The wait wasn’t too long either. You have to have breakfast here...if you’re visiting Victoria!More
