First off, great service. Not just for me but I noticed the staff were always in motion. Second, the seafood chowder is simply amazing, the best I've ever had. The menu is large with many choices for all, from breakfast to dinner. Pizzas, burgers, salads,...skillets, whatever you want it's probably here. Frankie's is actually above a Burger King, which made it a bit confusing to get in. It's on Government Street amongst many other places to go eat or shop. Seriously, try the chowder.More

Excellent food & friendly service. Clean & efficient. The apple pie, with cars& ice cream is a meal in itself. Our group had mainly appetizers, which were all great! We had Brussel sprouts…onion rings…mozzarella sticks…and poutine.

Right in the heart of downtown Victoria this large restaurant offers decent comfort food at the right price. Service was friendly and efficient. Glad we stopped by.

Frankies is on government street in the tourist part of Victoria. While the external part of the building seems a tad grubby and dated, Frankies itself is clean, modern and roomy. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and attentive. We had supper Thursday night and breakfast...Friday morning. In both cases, the meals are very good. The menu has many gems in it. But in particular, I draw your attention to their pancakes. They are fluffy, fluffy fluffy. Everybody claims their pancakes are fluffy, but they generally are a dense crepe or thin cepe but not fluffy. Frankie had the best pancakes I have had in decades.More

We arrived here for lunch and it was busy but seated quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful with our guests allergy to Gluten. All dishes we ordered were amazing, you can order small or large portions for most dishes. Even the small are big portions....The gluten free meal was one of the best we've had. It was so good, we arrived for food the next day and service was just as good and food was great!More

The menu had lots of choice. The food was good and the price was average. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We especially enjoyed that this restaurant knows the meaning of background music. We could hear it but it did not compete with our...conversion.More

We were in town for 5 days and this place quickly became our favorite. We had multiple meals here and the food and staff were excellent.

Jaeden served us promptly though the terrace was busy. She DID let us know there’d be a bit more wait-time. 2 pints and a full order of ribs that my husband and I shared was filling. $61.60Canadian was a bit high but hey, Victoria, right?

Wonderful service and delicious food including the cheeseburger and the lamb dip. The choclate cake with ice cream was very tasty. Busy place so best to make a reservation.

The food and service at Frankie’s is exceptional! We ate breakfast and I ordered the Italian Hash which might be the best breakfast dish I’ve ever had!

We ate at Frankie's our first morning in Victoria and were very satisfied. The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious.
