My absolute favourite lunch place in Brentwood Bay. I order the Beauregard bowl at least twice a week. Service is great. Food delish. Yummy healthy options to select from. I totally recommend it 👍🏼.

Don't let the casual look of this eatery fool you. There is some serious cooking going on here! Fresh ingredients, locally sourced and creatively utilized. We stopped in for lunch and had the turkey and bacon sandwich with potato and cabbage soup, as well as...the Yucatan bowl. Capped off the delicious lunch with an over-the-top yummy stilton cheesecake. Velvety with just a hint of rich stilton and baked on a shortbread crust. Does it get any better? Sure does! Friendly staff, local goods, and freezers full of take-home delights make this charming restaurant an instant favourite. Will be back soon.More

We are always searching for a healthier choice and this was it! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic! Our group of nine were all pleased. We would certainly come back again!

Stopped here for lunch after Butchart Gardens, looking for a light, nutritious meal and it was the perfect choice. The bowls are tasty and filling. Had a great chat with the owner who generously treated us to dessert: chocolate pot au creme and Grand Marnier...creme brulee. Both of them were absolutely delicious!!More

I love this new restaurant in Brentwood Bay! They have awesome, healthy food and they have many options for people that have allergies, gluten and dairy sensitivity and even vegan. The food is delicious, good size portions and very fair prices. They source most all...of their ingredients local, a lot of it is organic. I had the best gluten free brownie that I ever had and also had a Thai curry rice noodle dish which was their daily special which was so tasty! My most recent meal was the eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and it was so good!! Aside from breakfast/brunch and lunch that you can either eat in or take to go, they also have take out dishes to warm up at home/work when you don’t feel like cooking, and fresh local breads, pastries, and other local items for sale. They also have kombucha on tap, and great specialty coffees. What makes this place even better is their friendly customer service. I would definitely recommend!!!!More

Wow are we lucky that this new restaurant/ bakery/deli, decided to open in Brentwood Bay. We had a tasty, good quality breakfast one morning and then on another day a delicious lunch. Each were around $12,--- good value! Good assortment of high quality baked goods....Also there are a few prepared meal options that are ready to take home and warm up. To top it off the owners, chef & staff are very friendly. Don't miss this one!!More
