I came across this sweet little place and was so tempted since I love poke. I’m so glad I succumbed to my temptation because I selected the most delicious, affordable poke salad - it was buffet style so I got everything I love. Everything was...so fresh and the serving was huge. I am most definitely going back. It’s the perfect spot for a quick, healthy, delicious lunch between work hours.. maybe it’s open for dinner too... Very nice meal and different

Been here before, now our third time during Covid, and were not disappointed. Service was slow as we did not preorder and many ahead of us ordered custom bowls for both new staff.

Quick, healthy, fresh, Hawaiian dish

If you want healthy, delicious food, you should come here to hip Cook St. Village. It's like a Cobb salad but with a sushi-like twist to it: a marinated protein like tofu or raw salmon on a bed of rice topped with a variety of...raw cut-up veggies and sauces to add loads of flavours and textures in your mouth -- way more superior than the ready-to-go bowls at the supermarkets. I can easily fill up on a medium size for $13-15 but large bowls available too and you can custom-order your bowls. Service is ready to please and with the points system offered, you can save a bit if you become a regular customer. They even sell face masks there! (Ironically, the staff behind the counter wasn't wearing one...) Oceanwise, local ingredients, compostable and recyclable packaging. Definitely a feel-good, taste-good experience!More

Amazing local eats- gluten free/vegan friendly

This is one of the best places in the city to eat in my opinion. Essentially everything in there is gluten free or vegan, everything is fresh and delicious, the staff and owner are AMAZING people and create a vibrant and positive atmosphere. I feel...like they really care about the bowl they are creating for me and take special care for each customer. It's in a nice area of Cook St Village and I will often travel down the road to Beacon Hill Park to sit to eat my bowl. The prices are extremely reasonable and they offer two different sizes, as well as compost friendly take out which is great.More

Delicious, beautifully presented meal!

The food was delicious, and for a gluten intolerant person, was easy to select. The staff and owner are passionate about what they do, the presentation is excellent and the price is very reasonable. I love that you can select a “special” or can individually...choose each ingredient in your meal with ease. I look forward to going again soon.More

Great poke and açai bowls!!

Delicious and healthy!! Only uses ocean wise fish. Can’t wait to go back. The large bowl is quite big. I think the medium would be big enough for most people.

Awesome lunch option

We get this weekly and it’s a tasty healthy lunch option. Some of the best poke I’ve had and certainly the best in the city. Friendly staff and great location in the village.

Like a giant piece of sushi exploded into a bowl

I really enjoyed the food here, it was better than I expected from the Google maps photos. The review title is a good description, what I ordered ended up being like a giant piece of sushi that exploded into a bowl. The owner was running...the front when we arrived and he did a great job helping us decide what we'd want. I went with the "classic" but then did some tweaks and it really "popped" with flavor. I was also very happy to hear that they're working hard on using environmentally friendly business practices, particularly with sourcing the fish.More

A gem of cook st. village food. A clean cozy and warm feeling is what you will get when ordering from a vast menu, lovely music at low level to enhance eating.
