We have been twice now and ordered a variety of dishes. Make sure you ask for hot sauce! They make their own and can do little heat or not heat! Incredibly delicious dishes. It's our first choice for dining in Victoria. I have been twice...to Tibet and the dishes at Tibetan Kitchen (as well as the decor) are authentic and wonderful. We absolutely love their meals, and the service has been great too. They actually cook your meal (our dishes have not been precooked) so there is a valid and acceptable wait time for food. Absolutely worth it!More

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Victoria. Tibetan curries have a cashew base instead of dairy so great for vegans. Their lunch curry is served with a small bowl of lentil soup, white or brown rice, and puri bread. Very reasonably priced and...extremely satisfying. The momos are also absolutely delicious.More

This was our first time trying Tibetan cuisine and we were very excited, but for those a bit skeptical of the more arcane foods, there is a selection of delicious sounding curries. The machinery makes an unfortunate buzz, and covid meant that there was only...one server - but she worked her best and the food made the trip more than worth it.More

My wife and I had dinner delivered. We ate sublime dishes-Momo with pork, Shapta ith beef and Chickpea salad plus a wrap each. We have enough for another dinner tomorrow. Wonderful flavours and beautiful presentation. Highly recommended.

Oh man this one pains me,,,,,, My wife and I have been here several times before. We discovered this restaurant watching a food TV program and fell in love with their " Momos"! simply amazing. With concert tickets in hand and the restaurant steps away...we had made a reservation at 6 pm for two.. Show time 7:30 pm. We had a special bottle of wine to have with our dinner and paying the corkage charge was not a problem, But when we were seated and asked for a cork screw........well the fun started. We asked for lemon with our water and explained about the special wine....no problem.....we then asked for two wine glasses (need we ask) and if the server would be kind enough to open the bottle as the clock was ticking...... During the 15 min wait for a cork screw our server looked after two other patrons, and suggested we place our order, to which I replied "we would d like to have a glass of wine before our meal". The server went off to look some more for the cork screw. With the concert looming, my wife and I said we were leaving and walked around down town Victoria to find a beer and some deep fried appies (oh yea raw!)prior to show time. At no time did the server apologize, offer a small gift certificate for a future visit, or show any compassion for the incident. An amazing lack of customer service, and as I am In the hospitality business I was amazed by the conduct of this establishment. With everything that is going on in the world we live in. you need to step up your customer service game if you are going to survive. As for now.....My wife and I have no reason to go back. My recommendation to you is to by a $1.50 cork screw to save the $65.00 meal charge. So Sad.More

A really good choice for something a little different in Victoria that you might expect in a bigger city. Good food, friendly service and good value.

My boyfriend and I came whilst visiting Victoria for a couple of days. We were not disappointed! We listened to the owner's recommendations and opted for 1 chicken curry, 1 shapta and a ser of mixed fried momoa. Everything tasted very fresh and the flavours...were great. I can even recommend the house wine- very drinkable! The portions were generous and the service was excellent.More

Everyone in our family of 5, including kids as young as 11, enjoyed their meals. If you’ve never had peach hard cider, you should try it with this type of food. Yum.
