Chorizo and Co is an inspiration. The ownership and approach changed over the years and the restaurant is now committed to bold, heart-warming dishes. We had the Patatas Bravas, which are crisp on the outside and fluffy heaven inside, drenched in a rich and creamy..."if I don't have bread I'm going to have to lick this plate" salsa. Following the patatas, the salt cod Croquetas made me feel like I was eating my way through the heart of a great baseball roster -- one home-run hitter followed by another, with much of the same character (think: Canseco and McGwire). The Boquerones cut through all that richness with their acidic anchovy goodness (and supply bread for the sauces on the other plates). And, for our main, Paella topped with crispy rockfish and smokey charred squid was fantastic. Honestly, I got the sense you can't go wrong ordering here. Throw in a fun, lively, soft-lit vibe and the renewed Chorizo Co. is a must-go in this early post-mask world.More

Limited menu. Food is quirky and unusual but tasty enough if you are keen on odd cuts of meat and vegetables that are gas producing. Atmosphere is not good - tables small making sharing plates a joke. Chairs are small and uncomfortable. The bar staff...are not friendly at all and more occupied with playing their own brand of music LOUDLY making it impossible to carry on a conversation. Requests to turn it down a little met with hostility. Very expensive for portions that are quite small. One dish needed to be served warmer. Lots of posh cocktails on offer but very small wine list.More

This little gem is tucked just off the main tourist area and absolutely worth finding. The food is unique, creative, rich and delicious with every bite. The staff work as a real team so guests get the best service I've experienced in a long time....And the friendly and cute bartender is a cocktail wizard. Had a delightful evening celebrating a friend’s birthday. Cool vibe, and it was buzzing. The servers were friendly and exceptionally attentive without being intrusive. The cocktails were unique and divine - Stephen Quigley remains a master mixologist. AND THE FOOD. The salt cod croquettes and...mushroom empanada were so full of flavour and beautifully presented. Desserts were tasty and light - perfect cap to our meal. I can’t overstate the hidden gem that is this restaurant!More

Chorizo & Co is amazing! We started off with craft cocktails which were a treat for the senses, then dinner. The lamb sausage and sourdough fried chicken were both to die for - the flavors in these dishes were spectacular. The service is top botch,...and there is a fun, energetic vibe in the place - this is the perfect spot for a night out with friends or date-night. We would highly recommend Chorizo & Co.More

We had a great meal this evening, a mix of tapas and a couple mains, everything was excellent including the service. For those with a more refined pallet, this restaurant is a real treat.

Great experience, first of all the food was outstanding, beef cheeks and meatballs stood out. Service was top notch, friendly, COVID aware. Portions of the tapas were perfect, even a little large. I thought the draught beer choices were limited, as were the wine but...that is splitting hairs. Went here because I bought a coupon through an initiative to help restaurants this summer and glad I did, will definitely return, hopefully when we can have more people to share many dishes.More

Delicious tapas, we were a small group of friends and shared some outstanding small plates. Cocktails were beyond amazing, staff were excellent and very welcoming. Highly recommend this great eatery, we will definitely go back.

Great restaurant- delicious food , fabulous drinks and great service! They even accommodated my food sensitivities. We had a wonderful dinner and evening out. I would highly recommend this gem of a place. It’s my new favourite restaurant to go to in Victoria!

As the title says, the food is superb, but the wine is subpar. Surprising, considering there is so much excellent Spanish /Portuguese wine out there.
