Had the butter chicken and it was delicious. Other members of teh group had salmon tacos, French dip sandwich and spinach grain bowl all of which were also rated excellent . Dark matter and barking squirrel beers were also appreciated

I think this is a good restaurant if you consider where it is located. You can't expect the same standard as a downtown restaurant but nice place to eat where service if friendly and food choices are basic.

Service was decent and enjoyed my meal. Only real downer was that they were blaring the local radio station (including ads) at full volume on the patio. Without the irritating Top 40 music and advertisements I might have even rated it Very Good.

Went for valentine's day, I ordered the Friday special which was salmon, with wedge fries and a wedge salad.. the salmon was dry and over cooked, the fries were tiny shoestring and the salad was iceberg lettuce, cut in half baby tomatoes with bacon that was old and bit even close to fresh could have even been a day old.... not impressed at all. Thought we would try this place out. Husbands meal was okay, but the mashed potatoes he has were a day or more old and looked liked boxes potatoes...

An incredible restaurant in the Sheraton. We had a few days of chilly weather and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We are certainly glad we did. Evan, our Server was funny, knowledgeable and prompt. He was managing the whole restaurant by himself. Ambience is vibrant and similar to a lounge, with a wide variety of foods on the menu. Happy hour was awesome and our meals were hot, well seasoned and fairly priced. We enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day.

We stayed at the Sheraton, where this restaurant is located. We ordered chicken wings and fish tacos that were boxed up for us to take to our room. The food excellent, the price was comparable to other restaurants in the area, and the service was very prompt.

Great spot for a quiet night out for dinner and catch a game on big screen. Very nice ambiance. Excellent service and food. Had Mac and cheese and crispy chicken sandwich. Great selection of beer. Looking forward to next time!

Our “meet” has been in the works for OVER a year…the hotel KNEW how many people would be attending and yet, they were totally understaffed in the kitchen and wait staff…dinner wait times EXCEEDED 1.5 hours and while the food was good and totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

I was staying at the Four Points Sheraton, so ended up picking up appetizers from the restaurant one night, and had three breakfasts as a member perk. For the one night I got two appetizers: - Four Points Pretzel - Poor. I was going to order the ham & cheese for my kids and ask the toppings to be on the side, but the server said it's baked on, but she could ask to make a plain one. I agreed to that but still ended up paying $14 for a very bland and plain pretzel. - BBQ Pulled Pork Slider - Below average. They tasted exactly something that could come out of a frozen package and thrown into a microwave, and paid $15 for it. So for the dinner appetizers, I was not very impressed at all. I was just paying for the convenience of not needing to leave the hotel. As for the three breakfasts, we tried over three different days: - Classic Breakfast - Good. Classic indeed. We always got bacon, which was four thin slices. Potatoes were good, and nice that the dish included a juice. Overall, a good sized plate that was easily shared between an adult and child. - Steak, Egg and Green Chile Hash - OK. We asked for a medium-rare steak, but it was medium. I didn't see any sign of green chile hash. It was regular fried potatoes, which was fine. We didn't bother asking why it was called a green chile hash. - Avocado Toast - Below average. Some places like to dress up the avocado to give it a little more flavour and make it a bit more special. Not here. It was just sliced avocado on toast. - Kid's Pancakes - About the same quality you would get from McDonald's, except they put little bit of icing sugar on top. Interesting note: coffee and tea is free! I have to admit, I've never seen that before, so that's a bit of a nice surprise. Over the three days, the service for breakfast was really inconsistent. First morning, the server was nice enough, but clearly inexperienced. When we got coffee, she forgot to bring cream. After we got our food, she never came back to check up how everything was. We had to flag her down to get our missing juice. It took forever to get our plates cleared after we finished, and just as long to get the bill. The second morning was a bit better as we had a different server. Again, very nice, a little more attentive (less waiting) but still missed a few things. The third morning, the server was a pro. Super nice and kept on top of everything including warming up our coffee/tea or refilling water without even asking. So overall, just a lot of inconsistency. The dinner appetizers we had were terrible. The breakfast was standard fare. Service was highly variable. The restaurant is very convenient for hotel guests, but I wouldn't suggest having high expectations.

My husband and I should’ve been tipped off by the 3 unhappy looking customers that were already there. Unfortunately, we decided to stay. My husband ordered the “Four Points” burger and I ordered the fish and chips. After what I’m guessing was about 15-20 minutes, the server came back to tell me that there was no unthawed fish and that it would take an over an hour to unthaw and then cook it. I was disappointed, but said I understood and ordered the lemon pepper wings (which he said were on special) and the “Seattle Chopped Salad”. Our server also said that he would discount the price on my order as well. Our food arrived shortly after. My husband’s burger was fine, if unremarkable (he said it reminded him of a burger you would get at a staff BBQ) and the fries were basically normal fries, but a good size serving. My “Seattle Chopped Salad” was supposed to have “Smoked Salmon, sharp cheddar, garbanzo beans and lemon vinaigrette”. The smoked salmon consisted of about 5 small strips of salmon but was otherwise fine. The salad, however, was a letdown, even by salad standards; it contained the tiniest squares of cheddar, was completely devoid of beans and the vinaigrette was barely identifiable as lemon. The lettuce was also turning brown and tasted “off”. The wings didn’t fare much better and were so overdone and dry, they may as well have been advertised as “blackened wings”. After we payed the bill, we noticed that the wings had not been rung up as on special and that no discount was provided. Our server was very accommodating and apologetic and actually just gave us $10 back, which was appreciated. All in all, not a great experience.

We stayed at the Sheraton Four Points and decided to eat on site at this restaurant. Poor atmosphere upon entering. Very limited dinner menu. Only very poor BC wines available. As only one main entree was offered daily, we both opted for burgers. They were very average and not satisfying. We will not return here for a substandard meal and ambience.

This is the most depressing and wilted "restaurant" I've ever entered. 9pm on a Saturday night and it was empty. Kitchen was closed but bartender was phenomenal. He actually cracked jokes with us about how disastrous the restaurant was. Food menu (only got to look and not order) was absolutely atrocious. Only two entrees and the rest basic pub fare. The bar itself looked empty; maybe 5 bottles of alcohol on the shelf? Poor bartender couldn't make one of the most popular shots we asked for. Disappointing considering how much we spent on a hotel room in the Sheraton - you'd expect at least a three star dining experience on the property.

I am a repeat customer. The food is fresh and cooked well. The menu is varied, the prices reasonable. I especially recommend the buttered chicken or trout. Their chocolate molten lava cake is awesome! Citlali M was my friendly, attentive server. Definitely worth a try !
