No visit to Victoria could be complete without a visit to the Empress. You can also purchase luxury goods inside the hotel, including fabulous ornaments and lamps. Take a break and savour a coffee etc

I wouldn't worry about dress codes. They let in dogs to the dining room, so I wouldnt wear your Sunday best. This restaurant has gone to the dogs!

Last night I dined in the "Q" restaurant and wore a jacket and my wife a dress. This was a waste of time as others were wearing shorts and even flip flops.
