The restaurant and bar was located on the first floor of the Days Inn. The bar can be packed and noisy. It has many televisions that they’ll put different sporting events on which they gladly did at our request. The food and drink are excellent...though pricey. The food arrived promptly after ordering. They do have happy hour specials. The wait staff and bartenders were great. The decor is dated and looks like an old Dennys with the orange furniture. The restaurant is across the hall from the bar.More

We stayed at the Day’s Inn Hotel while visiting Victoria and we had breakfast at the hotel restaurant called the Belleview’s Watering Hole and Diner. I had the Greek yogurt with granola and fruit. I had been expecting to have some type of berries and...not just cantaloupe annd honeydew melon as they were both not ripe and were rather crunchy. My wife had scrambled eggs and hash browns and the hash browns were very large chunks of potato deep fried. While the portion was huge it was not very tasty. And a cup of regular drip coffee was $5.00 which seemed excessive to me, even in this day of high restaurant prices. Their was nothing appealing about this breakfast at all and I would not recommend that anyone bother having breakfast there.More

Friends were about to leave on the Coho and invited us for dinner and drinks. Turned out pretty well mostly because they didn’t need to go far from their vehicle which was already through checkin. Meals and service were okay.

Worse restaurant I have ever been in! May sound dramatic but it really was. Travelled from the UK after visiting several spots on Vancouver island and this is by far the worse. Don’t waste your money it’s awful! This is the worse review I have...ever left. Avoid like the plague.More

I didn’t even make it into the door. I was dining solo and there was an older couple in front of me that seemed undecided about dining there. I most definitely did not appear to be with them. They walked away as the host/server approached...to greet them. I stepped forward and host/server turned around and walked away. I was on foot so I just walked to the next restaurant. I’m not going to even try to convince someone to let me spend money at their establishment.More

We were walking around Victoria sight seeing and came upon this place and it was Happy Hour! Looking at the menu we went onto the patio. A very busy place, with a variety of funky people!. They had some funky drinks on the menu also....We had really good and cheap drinks, really cheap tasty happy hour apps. WE would have stayed longer if we could. Good waitress and good view of the waterfront. I would suggest getting a table along the railing if possible.More

We stumbled upon Belleville's a couple years ago and had a reasonably good lunch. Thought we would try it again and it was very poor. The place is pretty dirty. We ordered the calamari and the taco salad. Although both were large portions, neither were...memorable. Well, that's not entirely true - they were both memorable in that Belleville's used old oil and we had an awful aftertaste all afternoon. This will be our last visit.More

At a loss for words. Despite a few friendly staff, there is nothing redeeming about the dining experience here. Its bad & overpriced. Do yourself a favor & take a pass.

Worst restaurant experience, super DIRTY Tabkes. Disgusting tables, full of black crap. Service was 1 Star Food was equally as bad. Vermicelli bowl had wilted brown lettuce along with old cucumber. Food was very bad. Never go to this restaurant. The worst thing is that...we emailed the manager over a week past. The food and beverage Manager has not responded. Obviously they dont care. Great place to eat if you want to get SICK.More

It had been recommended to us so we went. The prices for lunch were middle to upper but the patio restaurant was a dump. Everything is orange and the plastic molded table covers are ripped around the edges and where the umbrella post goes through....The orange plastic chairs were marked with what appeared to be droppings from above and the cement floor had not been vaccumed for a while . We went inside to eat and it was dark and cheap plastic covered tables that were chipped. My chicken taco salad was $25 for lunch and they could not even chop up the breast. I had to find a way to chop it without destroying the taco bowl. The seafood chowder my wife had was largely chopped bacon and it was small for the price. The tiny bit of view of the water was nice but that is the only reason I rated it a 2.More

The outward appearance suggests moderate pricing, however, not so. Near by establishments are classy with lower cost options. I never expected the benny to be close to 5 dollars more than typical. The benny was average at best.

Had to pay a 9% BCH plus tax fee to cover employee's health and sick day benefit costs. Asked 2 waitresses and they didn't know the real reason for it. Reluctantly paid, but lowered the tip from 20 to 15%. Told the manager I didn't...want to pay. He said because I had paid already, he could do nothing. He gave me the owner's number who never called me back. YOU CAN OPT OUT OF PAYING THE OWNER'S HEALTH COSTS. TELL THE SERVER BEFORE YOU ORDER. The manager said other restaurants just raise food prices. Belleville's has also raised already high prices. I paid, with taxes and tip, $47.44 for a Turkey Club and a Cider. NOT OKAY! To be fair, our original waitress was lovely and the food was good.More

Eggs Benedict was fantastic, waffles were pretty good, fresh whipped cream would have been better. A bit on the pricy side for breakfast though. Kids meals were $14, would have been nice if families could eat out affordably.

Food was delish and service was great! But honestly their added tax is sooo shady! The “inflation fee” to “keep prices down” WHAT? So we are paying an inflation fee on top of already inflated prices? The customer loses in this situation. Also this tax...should be communicated UPON ARRIVAL.More
