I don't write reviews on restaurants often but couldn't pass up the chance to say how much my husband and I LOVED the breakfast and service at Willie's. We were only in Victoria for 2 days last week and just by chance we came to...More

The service was not the best, but the food was definitely worth the waiting. It was the best I´ve ever tasted. You would honestly not regret your visit.

We chose to have breakfast at Willie’s having read it was one of the best breakfast places in Victoria. When we arrived we had to queue for a few minutes - which we took as a good sign. Unfortunately after we had ordered we had...More

A nice little spot about a 15 minute walk from the inner harbor. Both indoor and outdoor tables. Food was quite satisfactory.

Had a nice breakfast here on my last day in Victoria. I ordered the Tofino Benny and it was so delicious. The waitress was nice and the restaurant was lovely. I sure will visit this place again next time I’m in Victoria.

Was it necessary for servers to ignore and keep people waiting when there were free tables visible? Tea arrived with no tea bag. Water wasn't iced! The breakfast was good, nice eggs and ham. Homemade rhubarb jam was tasteless...neither sweet nor tart..how do you do...More

Being greeted by the sweet smell of buttery pancakes was the first hint that this would be a meal to remember. Our server, holly, greeted us at the door and served us the most heavenly eggs Benedict. We followed her recomendation to get some maple...More

Loved the breakfast. In house smoked salmon. Had the salmon omelette with red onions, avocado and feta. Amazing!!!! Great service. Meal came quickly. Homemade strawberry rhubarb jam for my sourdough toast. Too full to eat all of my potatoes. But they were homemade and yummy....More

Visited lunchtime 10 July. Very slow and poor service. Food nowhere near as good as it was a few years ago. Place was virtually empty compared with previous visit

I spent 9 days in Victoria and we ate a few places but Willies I remember. The food was delicious. The waitresses were very friendly and I really enjoyed it.

Hello Willies I wrote a negative review regarding your Bohemian skillet, my apology. Yes I mentioned I was in the business successfully for over 25 years, now done and moved onwards. Loved it and time for a change. Yes it was $12.50 not $15 with taxes $15, and I always tip well. The remaining of my table had lovely breakfast. I was the complainer. So on a more positive note, very nice place and I am sure most of your dishes shine. The skillet I would use a hash potato not a huge chunk deep fried potato tossed with meager garnish. Load it with garnish and seasoning, sauteed in the pan with a touch of herb, maybe Marjoram and fresh parsley, whatever. Then generously dust it with feta on top where its seen and those lovely eggs. Maybe some Red pepper for color vs Green or a mix. By sauteing the product the flavours will mix and enhance the potato and be generous with the garnish. It said spinach and really all I received was a leaf or two, feta at the bottom brown and one piece of green pepper the size of my thumbnail. Cooked, a leaf or two of spinach looks like nothing. I am sorry but it was disappointing and so boring, and really could be improved with very little effort. That's my thought. Can I retract my surprised disappointed? As for the public please go to Willie's, it was just one dish that in my opinion was..... I am not in the restaurant business anymore, successful, miss it but moved on. I will retract my negativity and give the positive. I will come back to Willies again. I will have the turkey Omelette that has received high praise. Maybe Ill try the new improved skillet or what some people call hash.
