Had better buffet at truckstops. Very sad selection for the price charged. What they did have was not what you expect of the place like this.

The room is attactive, the seating is spacious, the servers are knowledgeable, and the food is artistry on a plate. They take advantage of local ingredients, and create magic on your palate.

We booked this as a special anniversary meal. I emailed to book as wanted to mention that it was a special occasion but they took a while to respond so actually booked on their website. The restaurant was cosy and they seated us near the...large window overlooking the gardens - just like I asked. The food was lovely, we shared the scallops and belly pork for starter, I enjoyed the duck for main and we both had the white chocolate and blueberry cheesecake. All courses were incredible! The service was first-class. Our server was so lovely and friendly we could sample the wine and she gave me recommendations. At the end they bought us a lovely anniversary plate with our dessert and truffles, which made out night even more special. Highly recommend for a romantic meal or special occasion.More

We came here for food on our last night in Whistler, we had been due to have a garden experience meal which I booked a couple of months ago for our honeymoon trip to Canada. But there was a bit of confusion between Open Table...and the Fairmont as this experience was finished for the summer and the garden was shut so we couldn’t actually have our planned experience. Luckily, the hostess was able to find us a table for a standard meal here. It was a bit of a shame as we’d been looking forward to this but glad we still got to eat here. The food here was very tasty - I would especially recommend the chicken breast as it was very tender and full of flavour. My husband had the duck which he said was nice and we had bison tartare to start which he also enjoyed (but be warned there was chilli in here that wasn’t listed on the menu so it was too spicy for me). The cocktails here were also very good! One other thing to mention was the service - Chris our waiter was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. He made sure we had a lovely evening and even arranged some little chocolate treats to celebrate our honeymoon. Plus he gave us some great tips for exploring Whistler. He was a credit to this establishment. I’ve only given 4 stars due to the issue with the booking of the garden experience. But we couldn’t fault the atmosphere, food and service: and in all honesty, the prices are pretty reasonable considering this is a Fairmont.More

I had dinner here as part of a wedding reception. The brownie at dessert was amazing. The server was friendly and engaging. For $39 per person, the breakfast buffet was not a great value; food quality was average, not quite what you'd expect from a...high-end hotel restaurant. I think pastries reflect the overall buffet quality and the croissants at this buffet were no better than supermarket ones. The only made-to-order option is at the omelet station and the rest were self-serve all-you-can-eat.More

Very good meal. Very formal, lots of servers To attend to you. Very nice flavors but the Artic Char was very forgettable. Cooked with no seasonings. Would have been nice to be grilled or pan fried. Otherwise a very nice experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Wildflower tonight! We appreciated the elegant ambiance of the restaurant and enjoyed our table overlooking the patio and garden area. Our server Emma was wonderful! She was skilled and attentive to give us excellent service, paid careful attention to...my tree nut allergy concerns, and also very warm, genuine, and friendly. The seafood entrees we ordered were delicious (my Arctic Char was fabulous!) and my husband loved the white chocolate blueberry cheesecake for dessert. We highly recommend The Wildflower for a memorable meal!More

If you want incredibly delicious food in a beautiful, luxurious yet casual environment, with excellent service, then eat here. Sorry for the grammatically incorrect sentence ! The selection of muffins, croissants, loaves & breads alone makes this a worthwhile spot. Let alone amazing eggs, potatoes,...bacon, and smoothies. Everything from the espresso to the hash browns (perfectly soft and well seasoned) are top of the line. We’ve eaten there so many times as have never had anything but an exceptional experience.More
