The wait time for appetizers is over an hour and once the food arrived, it was really disappointing.More

We’ve had a couple visits here this trip.. the Fairmont is a consistent visit whenever we are up in whistler. First visit we struggled to get seated and when we did (outside) we got ignored and left. Honestly, it was a super busy time, I...feel they were short staffed and given the current environment- we just moved on. Our second visit was a much better experience- it was much quieter, the servers could interact with their guests and food and drink came out quicker. Love the cocktails, food was great. I really enjoyed my green vegetable curry and the kids loved their burger and beef dip. Prices on the high side, yes, but a very enjoyable experience overallMore

This is a fantastic option if you want to eat indoors with your dog right next to you. The lounge is located inside the hotel and we were seated on stools at the outer perimeter of the lounge. Our dog just slept by our feet...and the staff were really nice to us and our pup. We also enjoyed the food and the fact that we managed to have a nice meal without a fence separating us from our puppy. More places should follow suit. Thank you for being so dog-friendly.More

In the evening, relax in the lounge with drink and dessert and reflect the day or plan tomorrows adventures.

We ate there 8 days, lunch and dinners. Liked the service and comfortable chairs and area. Stacia waitress was very pleasant and good server, friendly and we liked her effort. Lisa-Marie was our server a few times, always smiling and got our drinks and food...fast and accurate, thanks. The wait was a little frustrating, some days the computer was down, person at front counter (male) was not that friendly but trying his best. Some days said 1 hr, other days 45 min but then shorter times. Food here was hot, adequate, fast, and drinks all good. I think thou more tables could be used even in distance spacing. Seemed a little disorganized when line up was every where some days. Preferred eating our meals here instead of in the Wildflower due to pricing of drinks and service. Mallard had good service. More sea food on menu, and a lunch menu and more food apes should be added.More

I would have given a 4-star if it wasn't located inside a Fairmont and I know things are tougher with covid 19 and such. There were 2 of us, one dish was good, the other one was so-so. Chicken was bone dry. Swiss chalet chicken...would have been better. Our server was very friendly and nice but she was too busy. Getting her attention wasn't the easiest. And little thing like when bus boy or another server bringing a bowl of sauce but didn't bring a spoon. Unfortunately, under the Fairmont banner, there's a certain expectation but this one didn't exactly deliverMore
