Every time we come to Whistler we always go to the Firerock for a late lunch burger and bottle of wine to round off a days ski. The burgers are freshly made and the homemade horse radish sauce blows your mind and is an incredible...accompaniment.More
I was in Whistler for UBCM. One of the things we had scheduled was a series of Minister meetings, which were all being held in the Westin. Two afternoons we all went to the FireRock Lounge for beverages between these scheduled meetings. The atmosphere is...laid back. The service is swift. I have no idea what this place is like for food, but maybe I'll get a chance to try that out next time. Thanks.More
Me & a friend got recommended to go to Firerock Lounge for great cocktails and we were not disappointed, we were served by John who's extensive knowledge of the cocktail menu was very impressive, he recommended a couple of cocktails based on what we liked...and the taste and presentation was excellent. John was always on hand despite the bar area being very busy, he also provided excellent recommendations on thinks to do while we were visiting Whistler.More

Stopped by for a mid afternoon cocktail. Comfortable place. The drink menu is interesting- especially if you are an old fashioned fan. See photo Had the cheese board and was flabbergasted how much they give you for $24.See photo Service was excellent. Bravo.

One of the nicest patios with great views in Whistler. Spacious and lots of seats available. Food was great - try the fried avocado and dip. Yummy!
I returned to the firerock after a few months away in lockdown. On arrival all the necessary covid restrictions was in place. After mSanitizing give them my name and number for contact tracing host show me to my seat at the bar. Where I saw...some familiar faces which also remembered one of my drink. Death before decaf cocktail. After a week catch up I got a Recommended a new cocktail which they thought I would laugh they wasn’t wrong it was late in the name of that cocktail with Stiffler’s mom and I mean who doesn’t love Stiffler’s mom lolMore

Sat on the Big Outside Sun Deck and was well looked after by a great server. Covid-19 rules were in place so had lots of room as most of the tables were removed. Great drinks and beautiful views.More

My time in the fire rock lounge: The bar staff and servers are both friendly fun and very welcoming. They have a great choice of cocktails and also paired with good drink knowledge. The music is always set right to the bars atmosphere at the...time. ( good old skool jazz hip hop playlist is a personal favorite) Cool location with in the western hotel with front and back patio for the sunny whistler days ...back patio has great view and nice tune playing too. They also have strict covid 19 rules that made you feel extra safe being there during these times. Overall I had a 5 star experience at fire rock enough to write this review and I'll defo be back soon .. :-)More

Absolutely outstanding service and professionalism, highly recommend the back patio in the sun. Without a doubt the best bar in Whistler !
Thanks for joining us! The back patio gets baked in sun in the afternoon and its the perfect spot to enjoy a cocktail while overlooking The Whistler Golf Course driving range.
