The menu was clear and had variety. I picked the salmon which was AMAZING, my spouse had the shrimp and scallop dish which looked a but sparse but he said he had enough food. Presentation was beautiful, food was hot, service was very attentive. A...negative for some people could be the narrow staircase. Maybe there was another way in, not sure. Just be ready to go upstairs.More

We went here our first night. It was recommended to us. The food and drinks were good. I gave a 4 because it was quite noisy with a bachelor and bachelorette party going on in our area.

It is a busy crowded restaurant on the 2nd floor, people are sitting back to back. Lot of people come here for a drink till dinner time. Once we finished the food, the bill came and the card machine came shortly after. I was not...sure if they needed my table badly. The service is good but the food quality is at the ‘chain store’ level.More

We had a great family dinner here. Very good, friendly service with a great menu with a good range of delicious, good quality food and a good choice of drinks. Friendly and lively atmosphere with good chance to people watch those out walking. Very good...for those with allergies tooMore

We saw the waitress exactly once when we sat down and had to get up and beg to have our water refilled. She never checked to see if dishes were OK (and one wasn't). The only time she pretended to care was when we paid...(and then she was suddenly hovering). There was a much more engaging and attentive waitress working a station nearby so I can't generalize, but I do think 21 Steps would benefit from re-training wait staff mid/late season to ensure consistency and customer happiness. Or - maybe simpler - ask for feedback on the way out. We came for dinner, party of 2. We didn't order appetizers or beverages so I'm guessing that's why we were completely ignored. But still, entrees aren't cheap and someone else brought out our food. Waitress did nothing.More

First dinner on our vacation in Whistler. Quickly seated with our reservation. Great service throughout the meal. Food was great, including the bison, schnitzel, and salmon. Nice cocktails and good selection of beer/wine. Youngest child enjoyed a nice kids steak that was perfectly cooked.

Great food and service. We've been coming here for years on our annual family ski trip. This year was consistent with past experience - great food, drinks, and service.

This restaurant was recommended and we were quite disappointed. Perhaps it was a fluke. We ordered the salmon and the prawns and scallops. Particularly disappointing, was the salmon. The vegetables served with it were steamed to a rubbery consistency and the salmon did not taste...like fresh pacific salmon. Again, maybe this is not usual and was an off night for them.More

My wife and I hosted her employees here for dinner. I had bison steak and it was very good. We had several appetizers and they were good also.

We had reservations. We got there right when they opened and there was a long line of people waiting who didn’t have reservations. Some of them got in, but I’m not sure about everyone.

Yes we had 7 children ages 6-14 they have a kids menu and we're super cool with the kids. Somehow the 39 year old kid ended up on this table
