If you are looking for somewhere for breakfast

If you are looking for somewhere in the village to have breakfast I can highly recommend this place! Our server, Harry, was amazing. Attentive but not annoyingly so. I had the traditional breakfast and my husband had the same but with poached eggs (which he said were perfectly cooked). It was a big enough portion that we could do a day’s activities with ought needing lunch. Delicious and filling! We will be going back again.

The traditional breakfast was pretty good and even though I’m a celiac, they were able to accommodate. My spouse ordered the avocado toast but it was not warm enough. Service could have been a bit better.

Brunch lunch visit

We had booked this for a dinner reservation but I was not sure about it so we popped in for brunch/lunch the day before. We were not very impressed - the place seemed tatty and dingy and the food was not great so ended up cancelling our dinner reservation. Maybe we just visited on an off day.

Not up to speed with Covid

We made a reservation for dinner and were seated at a hightop table which is not our favourite as seniors. The friendly waiter had no mask and conducted a conversation within 3 feet of us. We felt uncomfortable and noted that no employees were wearing masks. We explained to the hostess that we could not stay with wait staff not wearing masks and so we departed.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback as it helps us improve our experience for future guests. Unfortunately with limited capacity most of our dining tables are reserved for larger parties, although if you had let us know when booking, that you preferred a low top table we could've made these arrangements. Upon re-opening, after COVID we made sure that we were compliant with all of the requirements put out from Vancouver Coastal Health and Worksafe BC. We continue to evaluate these days as they are constantly being updated, and look to make changes wherever necessary. Wrongly informed

As reservations are required in most places in Whistler these days, I called before going for brunch on our off day. I could not book online. I was told on the phone that there was no need to book, I just had to show up. We walked over and when we arrived we were turned away because they were having a private event. Couldn't they just tell us this minutes earlier to avoid us walking over.

We were here with a group. We had pre-arranged breakfast. Originally it was supposed to start at 7:30 but then they moved it to 8 o’clock. A little late for our group but we went along. They then tried to change it from 730 to 9, and then ultimately kept pressuring our group to keep our breakfast from 8 AM to 9 AM. The food was just so-so. Bacon was raw ish the first day. Requested well don and they remedied the next day. Staff were friendly and tried to accommodate, with the exception of trying to cram us in to an hour. Issues were likely related to staffing shortage. However, due to timing, I had to buy breakfast two days.

A hidden gem!

Really nice restaurant with great food and wonderful service! The tour guide we had on the first day said it could be expensive, so that put off a few of the people I came with. I later found it on the list of Dining Tours brochure. The restaurant takes reservations only for dinners, and we can come anytime during daytime. It was not busy for lunch at 2pm, but I did not find the price more expensive than some other restaurants around Whistler Village especially with the quality and quantity I received. Love the Tempura oysters and the OG salad which was suggested by the wonderful waitress Fran. The Topical Ginger Punch (Mocktails) was also well blended. It has a bar, but the atmosphere there is great for the whole family. Wished I had gone earlier during my trip. It is indeed a hidden gem!

Great atmosphere and service, food utterly disappointing

The service and atmosphere was absolutely great, but the food was disappointing. We were a party of 7 and 4 out of the 7 dishes were not so great. The salad was very dry with little sauce, the chicken burgers were too dry, the tofu stir fry contained 3 small pieces of tofu, … given the proves of these dishes, we were disappointed.

Good Eggs Benedict

5 stars for the delicious Stonesedge Eggs Benedict I had. I was not rushed and enjoyed every bit of my breakfast. The poached eggs were honestly the best cooked I have ever had - usually I find them a bit runny (whites not 100% cooked) - these were excellent. I would return.

Spectacular food and service

Went for an early dinner while the restaurant was still quiet. The service was friendly, attentive and efficient. The food exceeded my expectations-had the vegan risotto and my daughter had the vegetarian burger. The cocktails and starters were classic but with a modern twist. We had a hard time resisting testing them all. Serving sizes generous but not overdone. A bit pricy but on par with most restaurants in Whistler. Suits families, friends and couples alike. Nice bar area too.

My daughter and I stopped here and had a look at the menu and the other patrons and decided it wasn't for us, so we left. Unfortunately, we then tried Earls, which was worse. Sorry, but Whistler needs to find a way to offer better value and more worthy dining options.

I visited Stonesedge Kitchen with my family and our server, Hannah, was absolutely amazing. So accommodating, friendly and helped us with our order. couldn't do enough to help us. Can't wait to come again and try the dinner menu. Thank you so much Hannah!

Came for dinner one night, enjoyed the fall specials the menu had to offer, so much that we returned the next night. Staff was great and food was too. A bit quieter option than some other restaurants Whistler has to offer but that was exactly what we wanted.

Lovely brunch

This was a happy find. It's a bit hidden from the main corridor of the Village. My wife and I loved the Hippie bowl ... amazing flavour ...it brought us back the next morning. Our kids enjoyed the waffles and breakfast poutine. Staff were extremely friendly.

Had a wonderful birthday brunch at Stonesedge! Food and drinks were both delicious- best caesar in town! Our server, Summer, was very helpful and really added to our whole experience! We sat outside on the patio in the sun. Would 10/10 recommend!
