We’ve been skiing in Whistler for nearly 25 years on and off and every time we have eaten in the Dubh Linn. The nachos are a must, and we are yet to finish them all. There are plenty of other good choices on the menu...and the place is always busy, for good reason. I would prefer it if it was bookable as their ‘ first come first served ‘ system could lead to disappointment. As an added bonus, their Guinness is always spot on. Reasonable prices too.More

Right at the bottom of the mountain, this is the best place for hearty lunches and snacks during or after a day on the mountain! The machines are amazing!

Stopped in for a Après Ski pint a number of times during our skiing holiday in Whistler. Was always very busy but plenty of staff to look after us. The place goes through Guinness pints like it is everyone’s last. Didn’t have any food but...it looked ok.More

Wonderful Irish pub in Whistler. Menu was appropriate for pub food, food was great and service was exceptional. Loved the half price wine deal. Loved the live music. Will dine here again

Wanted somewhere to sit and take in the Whistler sun for a few hours while having a couple of beverages. Dunh Linn Gate Irish pub was conveniently located near our pick up point for our day tour. It was self seating with (average) table service,...which was disappointing since it wasn’t too busy. No one asked if we wanted a menu or to order any food and and unfortunately with no cider and no wifi, we had one drink and went elsewhere.More

Although an Irish Bar, coming from Scotland it felt very familiar to me with a traditional layout. Good selection of typical bar food and a wide choice of wines, beers and spirits. We were there early evening when it was quieter. There was no problem...getting a table. Had to wait around 10 minutes before a waitress came however after that service was quick from the friendly staff.More

It’s a fun place to have a beer or light fare at the base of the mountain. Loved the Irish beers and the steak pie. And the best part, dog friendly and appreciated by other dinners! It was Jessie’s Gotcha Day and she loved the...festivities.More

Excellent food, excellent service. This pub was recommended by Wilderness tours and they were right! We had fish and chips and chicken parm. Very good and large portion.

Great pub atmosphere, close to the the chair lifts and that reflects the prices on everything. Had the Guinness cake and it was good. Coffee $5. Large outdoor patio.

I come here whenever am in Whistler as the fare and beverages are solid, including some decent craft brews, and the prices are OK. It's unpretentious (which is saying something in Whistler) and as close to being a local pub as you'll find. In fact,...a lot of locals do come here. I had the burger, which was alright if not large or mouth-watering (they didn’t ask how you want it done – I guess it comes one way). The meat was crumbly which was a little unusual but otherwise fine. They now offer onion rings which were tasty (and very moist). The craft beer choice is good if not spectacular (California is the place when you want pubs with dozens of crafts on tap—Canada and BC seriously lag).More
