Quattro's Service & Food went Above & Beyond for my friend's Birthday Bash. 23 people accommodated in our own private dining area! Best Burrata I have had since my brother's wedding in Italy!

I had a cocktail called the Spruce Grove and my husband had the Paper Airplane. Both memorable. They kept his water glass full all the time which required a lot of attention on their part. The food was excellent. Expensive but all the really good...places in Whistler are apparently.More

We got told to visit this restaurant and it was a let down. We arrived early but got told to go away and arrive at your time. We arrived at our time and got seated. We had a friendly server and stated I'm gluten free.... I ordered the mushroom soup and it was nice but it was luke warm but no bread as I'm gluten free. I ordered a pasta dish but didn't realise that I've got to pay $4 extra because its gluten free which I was amazed by. Its like if I'm Vegan I've got pay extra because I don't eat meat. Why should I be singled out because I've have a intolerance to gluten which make me ill. My wife had spaghetti bolognese and it was nothing to shout about but the chocolate desert my wife had she really enjoyed it.More

The minute we entered Quattro we felt welcome and attended to. The staff obviously enjoy working here and it shows in their service. The atmosphere is warm and lively and the food is just amazing….some of our favourites were the radicchio bocconcini , the pappardelle...bolognese, and the fusilli tartufati. Thanks for a memorable evening, Quattro, we’ll be back!More

Took a trip to Whistler to see the top of the mountain and ate at Quattro March 15th. What a fabulous drive to the resort! You can't use the elevator from the parking garage without a room key. Very dangerous for wheel chair users as...the trip out and around is treacherous and hard for the person pushing. The gates go down on the entrance at six so you are also locked out after you eat and you have to go all the way back inside to use the elevator. Parking is also not validated. We had a half bottle of 2018 Tignanello, Blue Label scotch, iced tea, mineral water and Pepsi. The waitress from Collingwood was just lovely as was the sommelier. We started with prosciutto di parma for two, very high quality sliced with a hand wheel. Then the Carpaccio Senape with quail eggs I asked for balsamic vinegar. I drizzled it over the Carpaccio, so tender and so delicious best I have had anywhere. Entrees Gnocchi al Schiacciare with squash and hazelnuts such a fabulous texture delicious and light. Pappardelle Bolognese with eight hour braised beef which was fabulous according to my guest. Fabulous wood fired bread with high quality balsamic for dipping. An epic meal sadly no room for dessert.More

What a great experience from the food, to the wine and to stellar service from Andrea and Mathieu. We started with the Caesar salad, which is the best I have had yet. Perfectly dressed and the sourdough crumble gave it a great texture. I had...the fusilli with mushrooms and truffle cream sauce. Wow, super decadent and simply delicious. The homemade pasta was perfect. My husband had the seafood linguini and he practically licked the plate! We finished with the tiramisu and it took me back to my days when I studied in Italy and the school cook made homemade tiramisu every Wednesday. So authentic! We are wine fans and Mathieu did not steer us wrong with the Laughing Stock blend. It was superb. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back next time we are in Whistler.More

Wow! It was my birthday and I had the most pleasant experience at Quattro… Bill was serving me but every single server was involved and attentive and the drinks were fabulous… We had a few different cocktails and they all were so unique and tasty....I must say this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you for your review Shirley! The cod has been a hit all Winter, and we'll be switching to the first of the season Halibut very shortly. You'll have to come back to try the new dish. :) Ben Manager

No, not the same owners. The restaurant in Whistler is owned by Quattro Restaurants - they have two location, Whistler and Gusto di Quattro in Vancouver.
