The staff was extremely rude and ignored us while we waited way too long for service. This could be a really nice bar if there was better staff.

Stopped here for a cool beverage & snack while enjoying the outside patio to take in the sites & sounds below in the Village. All COVID requirements were in place. NOTE: limited menus in place during this time, no hot meals available.

It is the most busy place during winter when skiers are on slopes. You get great views from windows (but only on the sunny, clear day). Also patio is open during winter but it could be covered with a lot of snow...so don't count on...those seats there. Next to Peak 2 Peak Gondola, so you can very fast get to another great "food court" on Blackcomb mountain, next door.More

The Pika Cafeteria in the Roundhouse Lodge at Whistler had a delicious chicken pho, but unfortunately the rude cashier ruined my appetite. I was purchasing my bowl of pho and a bottled water when the male cashier asked me why I was buying bottled water....I replied that I was thirsty. He rudely responded that I should have used the tap water. There is no excuse for an employee to push his judgmental agenda on a customer while he is working at a restaurant that is selling the product he is shaming me about. I should have complained to his manager at the time, but frankly, I was speechless!More

After waiting at the bar to be served for nearly 20 minutes, I was given horrible service by Nick who was rude and unhelpful towards me. There are numerous ways my experience could have been avoided, obviously they were quite busy so the first solution...would be to have more staff on, why on one of the busiest weeks of the year, with so many people waiting, do they only have 2 bartenders working?! It was very clear to me that the bartenders working were at the end of their patience which is the only explanation I can offer as to why they were so incredibly rude to me. A real shame considering I have been coming there for years, and usually love supporting local service industry professionals.More

I had a great day up the mountain in the snow however at roundhouse I was unable to use paypass which was the only way to use my card at that present time. I’d also suggest that you serve lime with your corona as this...is a common request and I was told you do not serve limes. My family and I pay good money to come up the mountain and we were very disappointed.More

A pint in the umbrella bar is a must when visiting the roundhouse. Great location and views to die for. On top of that a wide range of drinks on offer. Staff in bar are great

My partner and I sipped on ice cold beers (local gluten free lager available for me) in glorious sunshine and took in the stunning 360 degree views. The service was superb, really friendly barman. Highly recommend a visit. When we left I found it hard...to believe that people were actually sat indoors in the noisy and viewless cafeteria...?More

Roundhouse has a weather dependent outdoor Umbrella Bar, and you're not going to find a better patio anywhere. Spacious, umbrellas for shade, beer on tap, stunning mountain views surrounding you. Pop inside for cafeteria style food - chicken club was great!

We stopped in on a glorious summer day and enjoyed a Stanley Park Lager and a Moscow Mule. Such a great view down to the Town and Pemberton Valley, a wonderful time to soak in the Peak to Peak experience. Took some touristy pictures with...inukshuk and Olympic Rings. Provides a truly memorable viewMore
