Went for a "Wine Wednesday" and was presented with a short list of wines that were supposedly "half price". The original prices were, however, clearly marked up to more than double what should be expected. For one example, a wine offered at $30 was listed...with a "regular price" of $60 - That wine is available at the liquor store for $12. Another bottle was offered at $60 with a "regular price" of $120 - That bottle was offered at Hy's (where we ended up going) at a regular price of only $50. Sorry to see this happen as we have enjoyed this restaurant many times over the years. I'm familiar with standard restaurant markup ranges and understand the desperate circumstances restaurants find themselves in during this Covid-buggered period but this just reeks of deception and I will never return to this restaurant because of this.More

Went for apres and stayed for the three course! We had the corpse reviver drinks which were made perfectly and a couple other cocktails, Kudos to the bartender! The ambiance was really great - kitchen was open but not loud like some are. Everything spaced...out and plexi glass for safety. We were served by Michelle, absolutely lovely and very attentive. The food was actually amazing. We had the meatballs and scotch egg and every flavour was perfect. Nothing over salted or unevenly spiced. The same was for the mains which we had the lamb goat cheese pizza and the pesto tagliatelle. Holy moly! Delicious! Portion sizes were good, some to take home. The desserts we had were the cheesecake and the tiramisu. Both very good. Tiramisu was made traditionally with ladyfingers which was really nice. Overall from ambiance to service to food quality the experience was awesome!More

My husband and I popped into Caramba for a little après snack and had a burger that would blow your mind! They also have some great happy hour specials at the moment and incredible sangria. Can’t wait to go back!

We went to Caramba this weekend for a wrap up dinner for the holidays and it was fantastic! Claire, our server, was efficient, funny and knowledgeable. She made great suggestions and created an atmosphere of humour. Our night was filled with delicious food (Honey Ricotta...is a must and so is the calamari!) and great company. Thanks, Jay, Brad, Gerry and Claire!More

I have been with my family in 28th which was only sunny day in last week of December 2020 and we entered to Caramba Restaurant and we received a nice welcome and get the table and we have ordered our foods and beverages I tried...their Margherita Pizza which was very simple and nothing special and the taste of their tomato sauce was not tasty and I requested them to warm up my child's food which was packed and their staff denied to warm up according to Covid-19 Protocol which I hve not seen this article in BC Health, I was really disappointed and they offered their Kid Menu and I checked their Kid Menu and I notice that their Spaghetti with meatball is mentioned as Slightly Spicy which is not regular to have Spicy food for KIDS ??? in this case in this Restaurant they deny to warm up your own Kid's food which I believe as a Nutritionist that Kids have the right to eat their own foods or Kid Menu but the Kid Menu should be standard, and then their staff was not anymore nice to us and we finished quickly our foods and walked away and finally we did not enjoied the environment of restaurant which WAS NOT FRIENDLY, and I will never ever go there, also we noticed their charged us their selected TIP which again I was not happy with it, I have the right to choose the TIP percentage myself.More

On a grey day in Whistler, me and a friend decided to grab lunch at Caramba! We booked a table making sure we could get in! Covid protocol was followed and made me feel comfortable! Now onto the amazing part, the food and drink. We...started with a sangria, who knew you could have white, rose or red sangria, I chose the white sangria which is dangerous! Fruity goodness that you could sit and guzzle all day long. We ordered the Caramba burger, and WOW! Two pattys, cheese, bacon, pickles, fries and my favourite thing in the whole world. Garlic aioli which I could eat with a spoon. The burger was delicious full of flavour and when your order your fries keep your eyes open for for the chunks of deep fried garlic, like little nuggets of gold at the bottom of your bowl! In case you didn’t know, they own another restaurant.. Quattro who I reviewed previously and the quality is the same, Outstanding. If you haven’t eaten here you are missing out! The perfect spot for families, couples friends, with a cosy family feel. Next time I will take pictures to show you all what your missing.More

My favourite for a wood oven baked pizza. The mushroom pizza and prosciutto ones are a must try!
