We are long time locals. On a recent staycation we came to check out the new Lisonette collaboration for breakfast. Wonderful service by Veronika and our hostess and an absolutely delicious breakfast. We received the same high level of service and quality we have come...to expect from Caramba! Highly recommended!!More

I have been disappointed to see, a restaurant with this many reviews does such terrible job, It was a good place to go, and regret every dollar spent which was 140$ for three dishes, All those dishes combined doesn’t worth 20$. The sangria was 99%...ice, and 1% wine. Overally, I would have been psyched to eat some eggs at home, instead of going here. So I learned when you see none of the customers has ordered food at the restaurant, RUN.More

The perfect cozy place to have brunch. Food was awesome ! We had the Crab Bennies and the Croque Madame : both very DELISH !!! But the superstar of our brunch experience was MAYA: super friendly, very knowledgable, a real gem that loves her job...and loves Whistler and let me tell ya ... it shows ! Well done done Maya, you definitely deserve to be the "employee of the month" We will be definitely back soon ! Thanks !More

We made a reservation before the left the UK given it was high season at the time of our visit. The restaurant was very busy when we arrived and we were seated quite quickly. We did see some people get turned away without reservations. The...food here was lovely and was served hot and well presented. We shared a starter of very garlicky calamari and our mains were tagliatelle with pesto, goat’s cheese and garlic prawns and a mac and cheese with chorizo. We had a couple of drinks too. No issues with the service given how busy the restaurant was. Total bill with tips $171, £103More

We had an excellent experience at Cabaras. Our server, Daks, was very helpful, attentive, and polite. The food was fantastic! We had a chop salad and the funghi pizza. Yum! Even the white wine on tap was great.

My wife and I both had the Tagliatelle Pesto. I had prawns added. Both were excellent. Top quality ingredients and preparation. I had the Caramba chopped salad. It is a beautiful salad. Lots of fresh ingredients. The price is a bit high for a salad....The quality is excellent. My wife had the Baby Gem Green Goddess salad. She said it was "unique, pretty, tasty. A good menu item." Service was attentive and respectful. We are still getting used to eating in restaurants post-Covid. We requested a table not too close to others and we were able to sit more than 10 feet from other patrons. Of course this was relatively early, on a Monday evening in October, off-season for Whistler. I would not count on that level of service during the busy times of year for this high quality establishment.More

Great food, fantastic happy hour & awesome service makes Caramba! Restaurant one of the absolute best in Whistler Village‼️ If I could give it 6 stars ⭐️ I would. And I need to point out that what makes this restaurant elite is a server named...Kimberly. She is a multi talented lady & knows about every single thing on the menu ……..what a ‘pro’ Kimberly is, she made our dinner experience that more special. She represents Caramba! very very well. Kudos to you Kimberly‼️ Greg Crosby Chandler, ArizonaMore

Have been here before. It was better in the past. Removed some items from the happy hour menu. Not so happy anymore. Still not a bad place for food. Like all restaurants getting pricey.

A beautiful evening at our favorite Whistler restaurant. Loved our pizza and salad with a bottle of house wine. Cheesecake was delicious too. Inna was a really really good server- ready when needed and unobtrusive when working in the background. We wish all servers were...of this quality. Service in general was superb. Thanks. We will return ( of course😀)More
