Name doesn't work, really not a Szechuan restaurant. Very few items listed as this type of cuisine Good little joint, pricey for what you get, but satisfactory

The food is so delicious! I love the crispy orange beef and the chow mein. I think this is my favourite Chinese restaurant of all time.

Not a meal to write home about. Our lunch experience yesterday in White Rock BC @ Penang Szechuan was weak. Tired staff. Limp tasteless cuisine, the hot n sour soup was NEITHER hot or sour, but slimy sickly sweet and worst I've ever tasted. Curry...More

Went based on the reviews. Ordered egg rolls, Singapore, black bean chicken, and ginger beef. Everything was good except for the ginger beef which was bland. I prefer the meat thin and tenderized as well. Prices are reasonable.

As a resident of Penang, Malaysia I was hoping that there would be my favourite "Char Kway Teow" or "Curry Mee"!! While somewhat disappointed on that score, I was pleased to see such an eclectic menu with dishes from various regions of China, Thailand, Indonesia,...More

I have taken several people to Penang on various occasions, and have never been disappointed! The Northern Chinese cuisine is vastly different from the Chinese cuisine we're used to. The spicy dishes can be made to suit your particular taste, and I have yet to...More
