The homemade cream of celery soup was delicious. The chicken salad sandwich was loaded on choice of bread...I had the flax bread. Everything was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. Good place to stop for lunch.

Counter style service, but consistently good food

Bluehills Bakery has been around for a few years offering wholesome baked goods and basic meals made with organic and locavore ingredients. The service is counter service where you walk up and order. Your food will be brought to your table. You fill your own...coffee cup and grab your utensils before sitting down. When you finish your meal you place your dishes in a bin on a cart. The baked goods are made in the bakery from scratch. Everything is good, especially the butter tarts. On Monday there is spelt bread available. The food is simple, wholesome, with good size portions and always very tasty. There is always a broad selection of fresh bread available. The bakery opens at 7:00 am and closes at 5:00 pm. Be sure to check out the amazing selection of tasty baked goods before leaving. This is not a fancy restaurant, but a functioning bakery with a small restaurant. The food is prepared while you wait, so everything is fresh. The service is generally quick and the prices are moderate.More

A great place to go... This is a small place, so don't go at 12noon if you don't like crouds.

This is home made at it's best... great food, it's a little pricey, but you pay for what you get... you can't miss on your selection, enjoy.

Good food

Food is good but very pricey. Wholesome homemade food. All baking is made in house including the bread. Best cinnamon buns in town.

Delicious!!

Blue Hills is one of my favorite stops for lunch!! The roast chicken sandwich is amazing - say yes to their cranberry mayo! Fresh baked breads and homemade soups. Their borsht is to die for! Quick and convenient in the South end of town and...always great service. Highly recommend this place to all my friends and fam who come to Brandon.More

Great option for breakfast

Stopped in for breakfast. As you walk in the clean cozy ambiance reminds you of grandma's kitchen. The aroma of baking bread and cinnamon buns waft throughout the place. We had breakfast, not eleagant, but very tasty home cooked feel. The whole grain toast is...superb. The only slight was coffee was to delicate for breakfast, would have preferred a bolder robust like a French roastMore

Breakfast

Dropped by for breakfast recently. Nice enough place, although more of a bakery than a restaurant or cafe. Pleasant staff, good food. Certainly worth a visit. Lots of nice baked goods to tempt you on your way out.

What a Gem!

This amazing little bakery/deli was wonderful! The homemade food was delicious and delightful. So many choices of soups, sandwiches and desserts. I will definitely be returning when I’m in the area. I would highly recommend this bakery.
