Our go to place for Thai in Winnipeg. Great service and spectacular food. Always incredibly fresh and tasty. Would like to leave a few dish recommendations but everything we've tried has been excellent.

This is a very good restaurant. Most dishes are $12-$13, good portions, and very flavourful. The crab Rangoon is amazing. Friendly staff.

Don’t let the location make you think twice about going here. The food is so fresh and not greasy at all. The take out orders are constantly flowing out the door. It’s a must try. You won’t like any other Thai food as much as you’ll like this.

This is a combination for two visits. First visit with 2 couples and grandchild. Second with adventurous young relative. This place is a classic hole in the wall - Winnipeg style. On our first visit we shared dishes. On our second we each had separate dishes. Both work. The servings are generous. The Mee Krok was huge. the Pad Thai almost defeated my nephew - but he got his second wind. Only negative - Spring rolls were great on the first visit and so-so the second. Huge shout out to lady running the place. Puts the Hospitality in Hospitality Industry.
The food on both occasions was great, the potions generous, and the price good. Will be back soon!

Went here for girls’ night out. The restaurant was busy on a Saturday night but it was quiet so you can actually have a proper conversation with friends. We each ordered a couple of dishes and had a tonne of leftovers to bring home. I ordered the fried rice and I ordered a spice level 5 which was very hot but also very good.

My wife wanted a late lunch and asked me to pick up some food. Well I visited Magic Thailand restaurant last year and thought I should give it another try. Met my server who was very helpful and friendly. Told him I wanted the chicken pad thai and asked for a "4" on there heat scale. Service was quick and left for home delivery. Well my wife absolutely loved the flavour and spices. She said it was one of the best she's had. I concurred as I sampled some and found it very flavourful! Heat scale wise would have ordered a "6". Definitely would return!

After 5 Day Road Trip to Edmonton from Northern Ontario. The perfect last meal heading back home came at lunch time but I have a feeling it doesn't matter what time you eat you. Try it let me know what you think.

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant. The food is delicious, fresh, authentic and you can control the heat level when you order. The service is always quick and they make the very best coconut curry soups in all of Winnipeg. They also do a fantastic crispy calamari and peanut sauce.

Definitely recommend trying this place out!!
We tried 6 dishes and there wasn't one that I wouldn't have finished off if I could have!!!
The crab Rangoon was phenomenal!! The green curry was very good as well as the lemon grass and definitely try the Thai iced tea, very tasty!
I'd definitely go back!!

Dined at Magic Thailand and enjoyed a number of great dishes. Green curry soup with shrimp, 3 mushroom Panang curry, Red Curry stir fry, green curry udon noodles, pad nut. There's many other great choices too. Portion sizes are good and therefore a good value for the price. Highly recommend.

Magic Thailand is the best Thai food in the city hands down!! If you’ve never been it’s a must! The prices are excellent and you get great sized portions.
I recommend the mi crop and the green curry soup!

This restaurant was a really great surprise. I visited Magic Thailand with no expectations, I was just really craving Thai cuisine. The service was fantastic, the food was so full of flavour and the level of spice was exactly how I ordered it. If you have a love of Thai food, this is a place that you must eat at.

I’ve been eating here for many years. Easily my favourite Thai restaurant.
Some of my favourite foods to order are the hot and sour soup/Tom yum soup, crab Rangoon and the pineapple fried rice.
I really like how you can order everything as spicy as you want.
If you like Thai food, or want to try Thai food for the first time, I would definitely recommend magic Thailand

In an industrial/commercial neighbour you will find this nondescript building. No parking other than on a side street. Walking in you wonder if the uninspiring room is a foreshadow of the food. This was early evening, 3 other couples in the place.. making it look empty. So the mood was not good to start off.we ordered a number of items so we could share. In the end the food was good,hot and brought to the table in a timely manner. All the curry dishes were great and mild being good for a group. With 2 beer and tip, $70.00. Good as it was not a repeater.

Dined at Magic Thailand for lunch. Had the lettuce rolls, green curry soup with shrimp, green curry udon noodles and lettuce wraps. Lettuce rolls were good and green curry soup is out of this world. Had to get an extra order to take home. The udon noodles were great as well. The lettuce wraps were good too but I find them a little awkward and messy to eat. Maybe I'm just doing it wrong. The restaurant is always packed at lunch so get there before noon to get a table. Highly recommend.
