Knowledgeable staff, attentive to needs. Small so noisy, would be nice to have a quiter area for groups over 4. Food was delicious, wines as promised, but Tapas eating does lend itself to large bill at end of evening.

This restaurant is a true tapas bar with a great variety of food and authentic Spanish flavours. Prices may seem high but the portion size of each tapa is usually good to share between 2 people allowing guests to try more items out of the...More
With all due respect to those establishments that came before it (Bistro 7 1/4 deserves mention!), Segovia truly showed Winnipeg what it’s capable of in terms of next-level cuisine. The attention to every element of every dish is rivalled only by the brooding, rough hewn,...More
Really excellent food. The Boquerones Pintxo (Anchovies with avocado and pear) were outstanding. We had 7 items from the menu and they were almost all excellent. The only one I was a little disappointed in, and I know it is quite popular, was the patatas...More
We went here on a Monday and the service was excellent. I ordered 3 cafe con leches (decaffeinated - with simple syrup) during the visit. We ordered the special (curry dumplings with yogourt) as well as beef tartare with sweet peas and smoked yogourt, and...More
Segovia's Tapas Restaurant was recommended to us by a Winnipeg local and we were extremely impressed. The food and atmosphere was fantastic. The wait staff were able to make some excellent suggestions and we enjoyed everything that we tried. Outstanding experience!
I like tapas dinner's with family because we can try the whole menu but this place makes me not want to share anything. We now make whipped feta at every dinner party and the friend of a friend cocktail is marvelous.
A fantastic place to go and share bites (my favourite way to eat), but hands off the potatoes - they're all mine! Lots to try, but no risk; everything is delicious. Rich, flavourfull menu items pay off every time.
The small dishes are fantastic for sharing between 2-4 people and gives everyone a chance to have a few bites of several outstanding, full-flavoured Spanish and Catalan dishes. Highlights of our meal included the Boquerones (anchovies), Tuna Crudo, Charred cabbage and the special fidéos available...More
A tapas bar is about the dining experience. Our experience included a cold, noisy, crowded room with bare bulbs (a current 'bistro' affectation), and minimalist decor (another affectation). The background music faded into the noise as the room filled. The menu includes no bread plates,...More
