Place was busy and now I know why. Excellent seafood (mandatory I'd say) Creamy roasted red pepper, pesto and chicken linguine is crazy good!

We arrived on a rainy Saturday without reservations and were initially seated at the bar but were soon transferred to a table when one became available. Good selection of craft beers. Superb seafood chowder. Friendly attentive staff. Excellent customizable stir-fry bowl.

We enjoyed take out from The Palate several times over the winter during the Pandemic and had our first dine in experience 2 weeks ago. The menus has changed slightly and still offers good choices as well as specials which I find enjoyable. One of...these was a Strip loin which was as good as I’ve had anywhere. Wine list is small but adequate and nice to chat with Ken again.More

Recently went with three of my friends and was let down. Two of us enjoyed our meals which were the braised rib for one and the daily pasta feature for the other. However, the two others each ordered a steak and were let down. They...expected a good sized piece of meat, but instead, they received a very small portion that was extremely overcooked and to the crisp even when they had requested the doneness to be medium rare. It was very satisfactory and disappointing seeing that steak is supposed to be one of the most popular items on the menu. Would also like to mention that my friend who had the braised short rib was left feeling very sick afterwards. Even though she enjoyed the dish at the time, not long after she felt very ill and experienced many symptoms of food poisoning.More

Arrived on a Thursday which is date night. The date night special is an appy, 2 mains and a desert for $60. Great value. On top of that their house wine is discounted. More important than the prices is that the food is good. Nice...menu options without being too extensive. Food served hot. Portion sizes are good. Service is good. We left satisfied on all accounts. It remains our go to restaurant in Fredericton.More

My second visit here, and not my last by far. Food was wonderful! Service awesome and the craft beers much enjoyed. I was completely surprised that the bill for two was just over $40 including two bar items. Highly recommend!!

Peter had the special Pork chop dinner, a huge piece of meat, he loved it. I had the cod loins, excellent as well. Both came with fresh cooked vegs., both were delish!

Awesome food and service . Can’t wait to actually come in and sit down. It was done to perfection, right on time when I picked it up.

Consistently good. Food is served hot. Wine and menu reasonably priced. Some recent improvements to the decor are a step in the right direction.
