Went back 3 times. Great food reasonably priced and great service. Even did a Sunday breakfast that was also superb. Destiny served us 3 evenings and was attentive and efficient

“Best veggie burger I’ve ever had” sounds like an exaggeration but it is only the truth. The crispy tofu burger is simply amazing. Great flavour and variety of textures. There’s also alarge selection of other vegan items on the menu as well as more standard...fare. Highly recommend!More

It was one of the rare open restaurants in town! A local highly recommended it. We waited 1/2 an hour for our table. And if that was it, it would have been fine. Once seated, we waited 1.5 hours for a meal that never arrived!!!!...Most of us had ordered salads. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. At first seeing that we were getting impatient the waitress offered sweet potatoes and told us it would be 7 min more. Outright lie cause 20 min in we got up and left!!! As we were paying for the wine the guy wanted to make us pay for the whole meal that was still not ready!!! Then after we stepped out the door, in an act of despair the waitress came running to tell us it was ready and would give to us free to go! We refused seeing we did not believe her anymore, it had not been a minute since the guy told us it was not ready yet.More

We had a dinner for our family once it arrived…it took over 45 minutes for a kids pasta and one pasta dish my husband and I shared. Drinks were allowed to go dry and we were bot asked for another round. Food was tasty when...it got to us but not hot. Provided activity for the kiddo and the location was great.More

I went here for lunch. The restaurant was packed. The menu was great. There's a huge commitment to serving all things local and regional. There's also transparency about where food is sourced from. Even the wine list contained a fair number of Canadian wines. What...was supposed to turn into a relatively straight-forward lunch turned into a nearly 2-hour affair. After about 40 minutes the waiter came out and said the kitchen "killed" my lamb burger and couldn't serve it. OK. Not exactly what I wanted to hear but at least they were honest. 20 minutes later and a solid 1 hour into the lunch, a new lamb burger comes out. It included a second glass of wine, which was comped for the inconvenience. However, the lamb burger was cold. Maybe lukewarm at best. The waiter apologized and offered to have a new burger cooked. By this point, I was starved. 15 to 20 minutes later, a new lamb burger comes out -- my third one. This was perfectly cooked, presented and, of course, hot. Obviously, my experience was complicated. I left just period 2 pm, nearly 2 hours after being seated. That's obviously not ideal. By the time I left, I was one of the last lunch customers in the restaurant. I was never offered dessert or coffee. Not was I offered a discount for the experience. The staff were pleasant and welcoming, but if I had to guess both the wait staff and kitchen were extremely shorthanded. This probably contributed to my issues. I only saw two wait staff the whole time. I never saw a hostess or anyone who looked like a manager. I would return and give them a second chance but I'm not in a rush to do so.More

We tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a local. They advertise all local ingredients. The maple curry salmon was delicious! - just the right amount of flavor without overpowering the delicious salmon. The waitress offered a sample of two wines to help me decide,...which was nice! The walls are covered with local art which can be purchased to help a local charity.More

We visited family in F’ton and we landed on this place for dinner. We enjoyed a variety of menu items and everyone clean their plates right up. The food was good and served with a smile. Would definitely give it another go next time we...are in town. Wait staff are wearing masks and not always easy to understand when the place gets hopping.More

This restaurant was really good especially for gluten free and vegetarian options. We had the seafood chowder which was great, the appetizer scallops, tomato chipotle soup which was spectacular and the salmon cakes. We all loved our meals. We even tried the mead which was...good. Our server Marcelo couldn’t have been more helpful. Our bed and breakfast had recommended this restaurant and they were right.More

We were staying at the hotel next door for a few nights and had looked at this Pub from our window - looked like a nice place so were pretty excited about coming in for lunch. Walked in there was no hostess at the front...desk and they weren't full so we wandered back and found a cute booth set up for 2. We asked if we could sit there and the waitress unkindly said no - go to the front to find the hostess. So we walked back out to the front waiting for the hostess she finally came out showed us back to the exact same table we found. We sat and waited nobody came so we just decided to follow our instinct and get the heck out of there. Not the friendliest place and probably won't be backMore

Dropped in to have a cold beer and a snack on a hot day next to where we are staying. No hostess at the front where it say "wait to be seated" so after a couple minutes we made our way back to a couple...of clean, empty boothes where a waitress, looking really put out by our brazen act, told us to first ask the hostess to seat us. We said there was no one there but she insisted. When the hostess did show up and escorted us to the very same booth we first wanted, we knew our waitress and visit were not going to be fun. We left. First time leaving a resto or pub in 10 years.More
