Located in a commercial area outside the city center, this restaurant is well worth the detour.
The interior decoration is very pleasant, the service in French is great and good advice for wine and cocktails. The tasting menu is a pure marvel! I ate excellent oysters for the first time….
A big congratulations to the chef for this refined and succulent menu.
We had a lovely evening

Like others we arrived in this industrial area wondering if we’d taken a wrong turn.
One leaves all that behind when the elevator doors close and you ascend to something very different.
This was the highlight of our vacation, and probably the year when it comes to eating out.
Every aspect of the experience was perfect.
Waiter was a delight - welcoming and humorous.
Cuisine left other recent restaurant experiences in the dust.
Well thought through plates which were so well balanced in taste, texture and seasoning, and which matched the decor and overall ambience of this restaurant.
Not sure if the chef is looking for a Michelin star but he’s well on the way when I compare with past dining experiences.
(I also note Sat Bains’s Michelin star restaurant is also on an industrial estate and reminded me of my meal here!)

This little gem of a restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of a building in Moncton. We were in the area from the US, warmly welcomed. After starting with drinks, we decided to do the 6 course Chef's Tasting menu. Great way to try small bites of several things, some new to us. The service was on point. Rachel took great care of us. The food was phenomenal, from Oysters Rockefeller to sweet breads (actually really good) to halibut to PEI steak and short ribs, ending with a nice dessert. Definitely recommend!!

Overall, a bit of a let down as we were disappointed with the fish and beef entrees. The bass had an amazing coating and great flavour. Unfortunately, the “chip” in the “fish and chip” was almost literal - 5 french fries. They were very disappointing and completely unremarkable. The beef, blue dot PEI, was actually tough and hard to chew. This is not what we expected for the price or the reputation. The rest of the meal was very good but the waitress appeared to be trying too hard and said silly things. We will have to think about returning at the prices they charge.
We rate it 3.5 out of 5 but know they are often better.

Little Louis' lived up to it's promise and the food was to die for. Our server couldn't have been more attentive and so very pleasant, describing each meal in wonderful detail. Every plate was scraped clean. Some may say it may be on the pricey side , but it was well worth it. We will be returning.

I took my partner here for his birthday dinner. From making a reservation to paying the bill customer service was exceptional. The food was spectacular. My only complaint is for the amount of money you are paying you’ll have to pay extra for “starch” (potato’s are not included and you’ll need to pay extra) I wasn’t a fan of that.

For the second year in a row, we traveled a couple of hours to Moncton, primarily to go to this restaurant, to celebrate our anniversary. We did the tasting menu, each course delivered as a delightful surprise, with wine pairing. And, as was true last year, it was a really fine meal. Particular standout courses included the baked oysters which got a bit of a Japanese treatment, with nori and a hot spice (shichimi togarashi?) and green onion, the lamb rib, and, especially, the house smoked salmon dish (maybe one of the best things I have ever tasted -- incredible). Very capable server, had been there 11 years, knew answers to every question we asked, and patiently answered them without ever seeming rushed. Do not miss this place. I've eaten at really fine restaurants all over the world, and this place is the real deal.

The venison special was the most delicious I ever had. The sauces set it apart and it was cooked perfectly (from husband).
From the lobster bisque amuse bouche to the delicately sauced lobster, this was a unique dining experience. Special thanks to Veroniquè!

Can't understand how I have not heard about Little Louis' before?! I guess they probably don't have to advertise because they are that good.
We parked across the street because the parking ot was full and took the elevatopr up to this second floor resataurant.
Wow.
The amuse boche of lobster bisque was fantastic, with a dlicate balance of flavours that blew me away. I don't even like lobster, but I LOVED this bisque!!!
The caesar salad had lobster knuckles in it with pork cubes - a very nice take on a caesar. Very nice. I also had a steak that I don't see on their online menu; it was on a bed of rib meat and was absolutely perfect; crispy exterior and pink in the middle. The chocolate dessert with mousse, whipped cream and a sort of meringue wafer was light and made me want to order a second. Really. I live for these kinds of desserts!
This was not a meal, it was a beautiful dining experience I won't soon forget.
Our server was phenomenal too.

An absolute culinary Wow! My spouse and I have dined at Little Louis a couple of times before, and this time brought back wonderful memories. The Chef has to be in the top 10% worldwide. The dishes prepared had it all - uniqueness, local product, incredible flavors and tastes that compliment each other, amazing sauces, and a presentation that showed great detail and a strive for perfection. The maitre d' knows how to provide fine dining service, knows their dishes, and is extremely knowledgeable in wine. Service was spot on. The price point is comparable to a well respected fine dining restaurant. The wine selection is very good, with common wines, as well as vintage releases. To top it all off, spacing between tables is generous, and staff have very good infection control practices in place - we felt quite safe dining with them. If you are fine diner, I highly recommend this Maritime experience.

This place has a very smart and talented chef! Many layers of amazing flavour in every dish, and just smart flavour choices overall. The lobster bisque was creamy and nutty and hit all the right spots, and was compliments of the chef. The duck duo I had as a main was cooked very well, and the black garlic sauce had an earthy punch that paired well with the glaze. There was also ravioli that was included that was also fantastic. I also sampled my wife’s dish which was halibut cooked absolutely perfectly, and also came with fried clams, Yukon gold potatoes and a thick tartar type sauce with mint included. The mint added an awesome freshness that paired well with the acidity of the sauce. Lovely romantic atmosphere and wonderful service from Michael who checked in at the perfect appropriate times and gave us the right amount of privacy, as well as attending to our needs. Great service, and one of the best meals I’ve ever had this place is an absolute must. We will definitely be back!

Buttered lobster pasta was delicious, but the stale chocolate caramel molten cake was simply terrible. Why serve old, stale desserts? Ambiance was great. No real value for money with a substandard meal.

Don't judge from the industrial park / strip mall location. I thought we were certainly in the wrong place. After taking the elevator to the second floor we were met by friendly, knowledgeable staff. Their cocktail mixtures were delicious as was everything we ate. It's high-quality dining and shouldn't be missed if you're in the area. It was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection.

An excellent evening with fabulous food, wonderful wine and exceptional service! Highly recommended - the attention to detail in each dish from appetizer to deserts was unbelievable - every thing we had was first class and five star. Our server, Nina was attentive, informative and overall an asset to the experience. From the time we walked in the door to the moment we left, we enjoyed every minute. If you are able to take advantage of experiencing an evening at this lovely restaurant, you will not be disappointed.

We have visited Little Louis' many times over the past years. Every visit is a positive experience. The service and the food, top notch. Chef and his team, are knowledgeable, and professional.
We have eaten in numerous restaurants in the Maritimes, we have not found another
white linen that compares.
Although a totally different experience, I must mention Bessie North House in Canning NS as being in the same category for excellence.
