My husband and I decided to go to the Marina for lunch on Sunday as it was a beautiful day to sit outside on their amazing patio! The service was great and our waiter was very efficient! We ordered a nice bottle of white wine,...and for our meals I got the Quesadillas and my husband got the Chicken Parmesan. His portion initially seemed a bit small, but by the time he was finished he was totally full! The flavour of both the chicken and the pasta were great, he said. For my quesadillas they used cajun spiced blackened pork tenderloin, and they were fantastic; full of flavour. They had cheese in them, and sour cream and salsa on the side. I got the sweet potato fries and they were so good; nice and crispy and a very generous portion. We totally enjoyed our meal and our dining experience and will be back for sure.More

I tried to come here four nights ago. The restaurant was empty. I stood by the hostess stand for ten minutes. Multiple employees (incuding the hostess) walked by but no one acknowledged me. So I sat at the bar. The bar tender looked at me,...said nothing and walked away. I left. Against my better judgment we came back tonite. We have been here for an hour. Our drinks took 15 minutes: our appetizer took 45 minutes. We’re still waiting for our food (salads and a burger). Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I may be a fool but I’ll never come back no matter how good the food is when it eventually arrives.More

My wife and I have gone there twice in the last couple of weeks. The first time we went they had no propane so the kitchen was basically closed. The second time we waited more than 15 minutes to be seated so we left... and...it wasn’t really busy. The staff seemed somewhat indifferent when they saw us waiting. Went elsewhere and had a great meal.More

We have been to this restaurant multiple times and as a local consider it our go to place for a meal out. The staff are universally friendly and accommodating. The food is totally reliable and comes as advertised. The view is gorgeous especially around sunset....This is one of only 3 restaurants in the area to gave water views and is by far the best. This restaurant was devastated by recent flooding but they have done an amazing job of not only restoring it in record time but improving it as well. It is a 15 minute drive from City Centre and worth the drive.More

We dined here on a Sunday and it was very quiet. The view is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a beer battered haddock with Sweet potato fries (served with it's own dip, excellent) what I believe to be a homemade...tartar sauce. The spoonful of coleslaw on my plate was also very good and had a homemade dressing. We also had the Beef Dip with the kettle fries and they were very good. The dip with the other fries went very well with these chips as well. Both meals were served in an attractive manner and were hot when they arrived at the table. We decided to go for a dessert as well, probably a mistake on a late Sunday after a busy Saturday night. They were out of the cake I ordered so I decided on the Truffle Chocolate cheesecake - very rich and almost like a candy. They were out of the apple slices for the soft pretzel, however, they served it with just the caramel sauce and because they were out of apples, served a small dish of hazelnut mousse on the side. The meal was very good and we would definitely return when we are back in Saint John.More

A group of us were there for a comedy show and went for supper before. The fish and chips were good and one huge piece of fish. I've had the fish tacos previously and enjoyed that also. The menu has slightly changed. The chicken and...waffles are no longer on the menu. I have had them and found them quite dry. The service was fast and the waitress pleasant. It seems to be doing quite well and is usually busy. Lots of parking.More

Haven't been here since the renos. Had a chance to stop by and wow. The marina looks great. The food was delicious and the service was awesome.... We will definitely be back.

This was my first time at this restaurant. It has been recently renovated and it is beautiful. It's a nice atmosphere. We came for my birthday and I was not disappointed. Every single one of us said we would recommend our selections. I had the...fish tacos, my husband the mac and cheese with the buffalo chicken and our friends had the blackened chicken with mango salsa and seafood spaghettini. All 4 dishes were spot on. The selection of craft beer was great. I had the blood orange. We all shared the deep fried brownies with ice cream. The ice cream was my only "blah" of my meal and it in now way dampened it. I look forward to coming back to try out more of the menu. This little gem is out of the way on the marina but the outside is set up sweet with gas fire pits and what looks to have a music or entertainment venue.More

Recently hosted our wedding reception at the Marina special events room above the restaurant. Marina staff went above and beyond to make the night exactly how we always imagined. Food was amazing, the patio was a big hit with guests, and the staff were friendly...and helpful. Definitely recommend the Marina to anyone looking to plan a special event with a relaxed atmosphere. It was a fantastic value for the service and experience we received, and can't say enough positives about it!More

Poor service, lengthy wait for food, 4 different servers....cheque presented just with a receipt....no presentation in a folder.. Question do you want to pay by cash or other? I say cash and the server just stands there.....waiting...I said give me a minute...then when she came...back...she says...any change ...I say no...not E enough a thank you for a 20 per cent tip. Restaurant was only one third full for lunch . Disappointed! View spectacular ! first question...any change...I said no, she did not even say thank yo.More

This was our first visit to the Marina in a very long time. We were here with friends and since it was a beautiful day we sat outside. They have made many renovations and we were very impressed. The artichoke spinach dip was just ok...and I did not like the pita chips, which are deep fried. My calamari was really good. My husband enjoyed the mussels and grilled pork sandwich. The service was excellent. Apparently this establishment accommodates weddings and it certainly is a great place for such a special occasion. We will definitely return and hopefully next time allow others to enjoy this outing as much as we have.More
