Okay crab cakes, sweet tomato sauce on top which I found weird. Seafood in chowder was very overcooked. Honestly tasted like canned chowder.

Great pub setting upstairs. The steak was done well at Medium rare and the service was top notch. I look forward to going back.

Wow - we were blown away by the ambiance, the service and especially the food! Eggs Benedict was so delicious. Don’t change a thing because the entire experience was perfect.

We had the Beef Stroganoff (Average), Haddock (overdone and aged), and a Cranberry and Goat Cheese Spinach Salad with creamy maple dressing (To die for!- yummy). The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was excellent. Very comfortable.

Ate here several times this summer and was very impressed each time. Nice atmosphere and you can choose from rooftop patio or second floor pub or ground floor dining. They do fantastic halibut done a different way each week and excellent salads. Everything very fresh...and nicely presented. Highly recommend.More

Enjoyed our dinner here very much! Staff was friendly and prompt and checked regularly to see how we were getting along. Vegetarian options available. Thai peanut stir fry was tasty and well presented. Steak was cooked as requested. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this restaurant!

Love eating out on the deck here, fantastic view of the harbour and the food is great! The lobster risotto is great, just wish there was a little bit more of it because it’s so good

I came in at 5:30pm and they had a table only until 7pm. I ordered soup of the day, lobster wonton and a steak. Soup was good but a bit spicy for my liking. Lobster wontons are good. Steak was ok but it took a...while for them to serve me the steak. The waiter is super friendly and nice. The live music started when I had to give up my table.More

I came here a few times and love the whole atmosphere. Covid has changed some things, but it still has the warm fuzzy welcome-ness that makes this place so great!

Great deck, top notch service from Adam and really good food. Only reason it getsfour instead of five stars was the potato side (twice baked), which was just ok .. everything else was great! Highly recommended for a great meal watching the sun set ..

Hello. I called Governors for you. Oysters are a regular menu item. They are served raw with sea salt, pepper and lemon and cost $2.00 each. I have never had them (and never will, lol) so I can't review them for you... More
