THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS NEARBY! I stopped by to pick up a coffee for my husband and I. The server wasn’t overly friendly. I didn’t catch his name; brown haired man with no beard. I ordered three drinks and asked for a tray. The drinks...were promptly ready. The server told me that they had no trays, then blankly stared at me. When I said nothing, he told me that he would look in the back. I put the cream/ milk in my drinks and waited. He never followed up with me and actually started serving other customers. I asked, “did you find a tray?”. He transactionally said, “no, sorry”. I paused then started to stack my coffee knowing that I would end up dropping one eventually. I stood at the door (obviously my hands were full) and I couldn’t open the door alone. I asked, “can you open the door please?”. He did. As I was leaving, I smiled and said, “you should keep an eye on your tray stock as people walking out with a number of coffees cannot hold more than two”. He said nothing (expectedly). I walked away. I WILL NEVER BE BACK, and I would not recommend this place to anyone just by customer service alone. If this server had of been at least genuinely apologetic about the lack of trays and helpful, my review would have been five stars as the coffee wasn’t that bad.More
