We had a great visit at the lower deck. We enjoyed the service and the food was excellent. We really had a great time and look forward to our next girls weekend and a visit to the lower deck.

Went here with a group of friends to see Signal Hill.. showed up 2 and half hours before show time only to be told that we would not be getting a table to see them but would be put on a list so when people...left we could fill in. So we paid our 10 dollar each cover and sat inside.. throughout the whole night we witnessed people who came after us walk right into the concert area. This didn’t make me very happy as the whole point of our weekend stay was to see Signal Hill. The food was okay but every time we wanted a drink we would have to ask someone, not once did a server approach us asking if we wanted anything more to drink (which we did). We got fed up and wanted to leave.. but the staff would ignore every request to settle up. We stood at the bar for 10 minutes with staff just walking on by. Then another customer approached the bar and got his bill right away. We asked why the individual got their bill before us and their answer was “because you’re being a b!+€#. Get the F#€% out of here” They had our credit cards so we couldn’t just leave. It’s sad that Signal Hill plays mostly at this location because I will certainly not to be returning to see them ever. Hopefully I’ll catch them somewhere else.More

Lunch at the Lower Deck is always a pleasure. Great service good food sunshiny day. A winning combination.

Amazing brunch recommend the fishermen’s brunch awesome. Mimosas and great friendly service. Went with our daughter whose 2 and they accommodated us no problem

Great pub food and good prices, compared to many waterfront choices. Quiet with Covid, so easy to find a good table

A great institution that we have frequented several times in previous visits to Halifax however this time a round we were disappointed. Atmosphere was lacking and with the cover charge it wasn’t worth the visit. Used to be a favourite however, old triangle and Durty...Nelly’s have taken the market place - also don’t have cover charges.More
