This is a great old style pub that has an amazing selection of beer, a large menu with good food, and frequently brings in amazing live music - the best pub in Halifax!

I had chowder and calamari. The chowder was good, not fantastic. The calamari was a bit greasy but tasted good. The atmosphere is really good. Nicely appointed and very "Irish".

Here on several occasions to watch rugby world series. Fantastic brunch, staff that know their stuff, and a menu that is quite good. Recommend brunch
