We had a great evening out with some friends. The atmosphere was nice, location is perfect for an evening downtown, and the staff were friendly. We were a party of four, who all ordered different items and all cleaned our plates. I had the fish...tacos with sweet potato fries and would highly recommend it. I am a bit of a French fry fanatic and these were some of the best sweet potato fries I have ever eaten!More

Awesome food and beer. Will visit anytime! Love the food and the drink! Would recommend the nachos and the calamari.

Nice downtown location. The outdoor seating area is covered, so no rain and likely no sun either. The interior is quite nice. Good waitstaff. Covid-19: Not sure why they are not wearing a mask while serving. The fish and chip are good. The deep fried...mars bar dessert is crazy good. Enough for two.More

This place a has a really big seating area and bar. The menu is extensive and the service is good. I only had one drink and one plate but had three people come check on me during my visit. They are definitely making a great...effort. I had a baked Brie and it was heavenly delicious, the blueberry reduction was perfect with it. Served in a hot pan it stated hot keeping it enjoyable to the last bite. That may not be as important if you have it with friends but on my own I needed it kept warmer longer, it’s very filling. I will definitely come check the rest of the menu items that caught my eye another time.More

Tried new location the the a Trade Centre with a group of friends and it was nice inside, but food was just OK. I’m celiac, so it’s nice they have a Gluten free menu with fairly reasonable choices. I had the Pork Loin and it...comes in a hot cast iron pan. Plenty hot, but the meat was a little overcooked and tough. Veggies were fine but also a little overdone. GF Coffee Cake was a nice offering, but dense and on the dry side (should not be if the kitchen knows about GF cooking). Others in our party seemed to enjoy their meals (e.g. Beet Salad, Fish and Chips). Service was good and wait staff was attentive. Was busy and quite noisy, so be prepared to raise your voice if you’re looking to carry on a conversation in a group. Overall, it was OK but would probably choose other options for a pub quality meal instead of a repeat visit.More

Service was sub par, food was just terrible, steaks were cold, overdone, fries were cold and way over seasoned, and the desserts- very disappointing, you would think with a new space they can come up with something better than the food menu they have, I...would not recommend this place to anyone!More

We love the Gahan House in PEI and the old waterfront location in Halifax. Were excited to try this new location.We walked by it in December,when it was decorated for the holidays-it was warm and inviting.Unfortunately we didn't have time to go in. The decor...is very nice and suits large groups and couples out for a date night.I really liked the way it is set out. The food is as good as it was before.The bar service is quick and friendly. It faces the inside of the Conference centre walkway,with all the big screens and lights...at par with similar places in other big cities. Very impressive for Halifax! We will be back.More
