We went to Linguine’s for a celebration dinner. They have good protocols in place for social distancing so we felt safe. The service was good although we had to wait for one of our drinks but it was no charge due to the wait which was a nice gesture showing they value the customer experience. Our martini’s came in Drink Glasses since they ran out of martini glasses. When I asked the server if he could bring martini glasses when available (to me the glass is part of the experience) he brought them shortly after and we poured our drinks into the proper glasses. Our server provided excellent service! The dinner was delicious. I ordered the shrimp Katerina with fettuccine noodles. It was the best tasting tomato cream sauce and the shrimps were large!! My husband’s fettuccine was really good as well. The pasta dishes did not disappoint us! Our appetizers - bruschetta, salad and tomatoes salad were a great starter made with fresh ingredients. Overall the service and food were great; the only suggestion I would make is the decor is a bit dated and could use some sprucing up. It was a delicious meal and service and I would highly recommend it if you’re in Belleville.

I ordered the manicotti and my husband got chicken marsala. Both were excellent! Another person in our party had the chicken parmesan and they were very pleased as well. They will do any pasta with any sauce for the kids for $9 so you can't go wrong. Kids got penne alfredo and they ALMOST finished the whole thing because the serving was very generous. The service was excellent! Very friendly, caring, and efficient. We were seated in the parking lot at the rear of the restaurant which we didn't mind because it's a pandemic so I'm grateful to be out of the house. There were nice patio lanterns so it was great. When in Belleville, we will definitely go back. We met the owner and he was very nice and came and asked us how everything was and of course it was fabulous! This place beats chains that you will spend the same amount of money at. You will not be disappointed!! Enjoy :)

We had the best service from Jessica!!! We had travelled from Kitchener to Belleville for a gymnastics completion Saturday morning and googled nearby restaurants for dinner. Out daughter’s favourite is Italian. The meal and the ambiance, paired with great service made this a perfect choice!! Certainly exceeded our expectations! We were even lucky enough to be given a souvenir a thank you to the owner Mike! If we’re back this way again we will for sure stop in, and would highly recommend to anyone we know who will be travelling to or through Belleville.

When you are paying $155.00 for a special event dinner there are some expectations. First of all the Caesar salad was so poor, there were no bits of bacon. And the parmesan cheese was the powdered stuff not real fresh parmesan grated cheese. You get real grated Parmesan cheese at East Side Marios. And the salad was so soaked with dressing it was limp and obviously the dressing wasn't homemade or anything it was from a commercial jar. And serving green beans... as your side vegetable , well it's obvious that that's the cheapest vegetable you can buy. I was expecting a higher quality of food. The steak was okay but a bit tough. I really think this restaurant could do a much better job. I won't be going back and spending that much money ever again there.

Growing up in the area, i have never thought about eating here until one of my family members from out of town suggested we go there for dinner that night.... Boy was I impressed! The food was phenomenal and service was great! At the end of the night we did accidentally have an extra 100$ added to our bill for wine that we had not consumed, but the server quickly resolved it! I had the Filet Mignon and it will now be my go to from now on.. Great visit and will be returning!

We stopped here for dinner during a trip to Belleville. We were quickly seated and our waiter was attentive and helpful. Our meals were well prepared and came hot. The calamari was perfectly prepared. I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality Italian food at a very good price.

This DINING ROOM is arguably one of the best places for dinner in Belleville. Even in these unsettled times, Covid restrictions Linguine's service and how they provided it top notch. Atmosphere is comfortable for couples out for a special night or a wonderful dinner. The servers are well trained, they listen and are attentive to the table's progress. The food is flavourful, portions are on the large size especially the "Fisherman's Platter" (& it seafood so you have to eat it all!) My wife had the veal marsala and it was tender, the sauce was made in a hand made style. This will be my stop when I'm in the Quinte area or travelling to & from Ottawa.....Thank you for the service!

Visited this restaurant with friends whom we were visiting who live in Belleville and they had never eaten there before but we all enjoyed our food immensely. In Italian we have a word that I like to use which is “Sapporito” when it comes to to food, which means “ full of taste” The ambiance was nice and our server Danielle was excellent. My / our only pet peeve was that when I asked for regular bread which is noted on the top of the menu we were advised that they were old menus and that the only option for bread was garlic bread for which we were charged. The heading for the bread indicated that the first bread order was complimentary and there was a $2.00 charge for anything after that which although I feel is petty and “nickel and diming “ I would have accepted. This complaint may seem strange but to bread lovers whom like to sponge up the great tasting sauce they had it was disappointing. Anyway, in the end I will definitely go back whenever we’re in the Belleville area as all of our meals were great. I only ask that at this time they scratch off the note regarding the bread off their menus. Thanks and Buon Appetito!!

Take-out has been the choice for the past few months, and Linguine's is an excellent choice. The quality of the meals is always high and it arrives hot and ready to eat with containers and condiments that ensure an enjoyable evening of elegant dining at home. Thanks to the staff!

We decided to go out with friends for a meal that did not include muck lucks, or a toy. We were scanned, fingerprinted and allowed entry. A very nice and knowledgeable waitress attended to our every whim. The bruschetta was nice. A more generous helping of dipping sauce would have enhanced the tasty squid bits, not requiring rationing. The escargots were sailing in a sea of garlic laced oil. Enough oil was included to lubricant a medium sized Kubota diesel. Those eating escargot reported enough wind that night to plane a schooner. The very pretty arugula salad came topped with pear slices, lightly drizzled with raspberry vinaigrette. Enough arugula was included to feed a dozen starving bunnies, but the lack of dressing would leave those bunnies begging for water, or wine in this case. The main course was served with potatoes that looked like they survived the Hindenburg, then extinguished with garlic oil. The carrots were luke warm, like my interest in Inuit throat music. My cute little salmon was the runt of the litter, who had a lot of sand kicked in it’s face, over it’s short, sad life. I found him hiding under two lemon slices. His life was not in vain, he was tasty. The veal Marsala looked like it was from a freshly opened can of Kal Can. The heavy, grey sauce, laden with cream and garlic, gave a plating more suited to a high school cafeteria. The veal’s flour coating overwhelmed the dish. The veal’s second attempt, sans flour, was much better, but still lacked curb appeal. The round two veal had to be mean varmint alive, to be that tough dead. The waitress was great throughout the service, even though we required her to put on extra mileage. The owner listened to our concerns and did comp the salad and veal.

We had a large number of take out dishes for a family celebration, everyone got to pick what they wanted, and the food was incredibly good, hot, and ready when they said it would be. We enjoyed every mouthful, the portions were generous, and the add-ons of garlic bread were appreciated. The value was excellent

Dinner was excellent, a solid 5 but with a point knocked off for slow service. The bruschetta appetizer was very good as was my generous portion of penne carbonara and the chocolate cake which followed. The restaurant itself is charming if a bit old-school in its decor. I’d say this is a solid choice for a special dinner; not cheap, but a wide-ranging menu with a chef that cares ensures a good night out. Recommended.

My family and I went to Linguine's to celebrate two birthdays. We had a new server (she was only there 2 weeks) and she made some errors, but this happens when you are just learning. She reached across our food to put pepper on my dad's dinner, which is a no-no in serving. She also didn't understand that a screw off wine bottle didnt' have a cork! Anyway, that is not the reason for the three stars. I am gluten free. Eating out when you are gluten free is the hard part. I ordered my pasta with gluten free pasta. The sauce was amazing but we had to send my food back because the pasta was under cooked (hard). I suggested to bring back only the sauce. The server arrived only minutes after she took the food back with a 'new meal'. This was steaming hot, it was microwaved! I was not going to send the food back a second time, so ate the sauce. The pasta went untouched. To add insult to my birthday dinner, they charged us a premium of $3.00 for gluten free pasta that was hard and I didn't eat. The manager didn't even come and say anything. This was not a well serviced dinner on their part. To put a person's food in the microwave was crazy. Although my dinner was a disaster, the rest of my family throughly enjoyed their food. The sauce on my food was also amazing. Just a disappointment that we were charged a premium for food that was sent back.

Just the two of us for a nice dinner to celebrate her 65th birthday. Salad was fresh and tasty, which is nice at this time of year, and the shrimp starter was hot and tasty. I had the pasta special, linguine with chicken and shrimp. It came hot and fresh. Had to take half of it home, there was so much. very nice dinner in a very nice restaurant!
