the building is ok but the food is pure bakwaaaaaash , no season bland in taste and service from management very poor. charges for extra plates even when the person did not show

We drove by this restaurant so decided to go in and check it out. I’m a huge fan of Indian cuisine so I was very much looking forward to it. I’ll have to say that most of the foods was pretty spicy for my kids...to enjoy even though they do enjoy some spicy food. The selection was ok if you enjoy spicy foods, but somehow I found it difficult to find a variety of meats compared to the vegetarian options and nothing was outstanding. What surprised us most was that there wasn’t a price difference for children and adults, so we were charged full price and the kids mostly ate pizza and rice. Disappointing. Would I go again? We drove 40 Kms to check this place out and were not disappointed. The buffet is very nicely laid out. We were particularly impressed by the butter chicken (delicious rich sauce), goat chicken and curry chicken. Excellent selection of vegetarian dishes. Really enjoyed the paneer....Service was very good and price reasonable.More

Worst staff. I was told buffet is open, I drove 30 Kms from South Etobicoke, upon entry the lady was asking are you fully vaccinated, I said yes, she asked me to show the proof. I asked you did not mention this on phone. No...where there is any notice asking customers giving their vaccination requirements for eat in buffet. No instructions or proof of vaccination. I see she is not asking other customers, I just watched one customer family by standing at the lobby, may be she let in others as well. Instead they force you to take out. The curries in take out are the same ones the keep in buffet with poor quality. As usual in buffets out of many dishes only one or two are fresh, remaining are stale from days before. How can they expect some one to pay more than half of buffet price for one dish when customer is not sure of its quality. They just play games with customers in the name of buffet. Never do any take outs from here or any buffet restaurants. They are all very poor quality and showing buffet they rob you.More

My experience was very bad here in takeaway section, I ordered twice and they disappointed me. I will never recommend this to anyone. I ordered 2 items one was very spicy and other one was smelling like one day old food. The food was not...fresh, thus its very unhygienic. Dinner buffet at C$25.99 per pax. Masks required when taking food at buffet stations. No beef and lamb. Good quality tender dark meat options. Good service. Crowded. Walk ins only for table less than 8 pax.

I ordered 2 Shahi Paneer via Uber but they I think sent me both Chicken curries. As, I am vegetarian it really disappointed me. Ordered a vegetarian thali w/h Pineapple Raita & pickled veggies on the side.The Raita was awful, they've used the canned pineapple, which just ruined the whole taste.Instead of pickled veggies, they gave onions that were tossed with a massive amount of spices.The greek style Punjabi...salad wasn't good enough. They should've used fresh tomatoes rather than using old mushy tomatoes.Daal & Channa masala was plain, no taste, no seasoning at all.Height of ignorance was, I ordered the butter naan and got a plain naan without any butter on top and was hard as rock. I ordered food for take out due to Covid-19-One of the items was Tandoor Chicken Tikka which unfortunately was quite burnt which I promptly called them back and they agreed to change after I sent a photo to the Restaurant as to what I had...received-The Person on the phone was very polite and agreed to replace-however the next day when I went to replace I was handed over chicken pieces with gravy on it rather than Chicken tikka which I expected to be of the grill and not of a pan-was a bit disappointed ,food is reasonably tasty but I would rather have what I ordered than something else- Customer service was good and polite and cannot fault them however the kitchen should pull up their socks and deliver what is orderedMore
