A friendly eatery with an eclectic and interesting menu. Not gourmet, but flavourful meals with copious quantities – especially the huge desserts. Everything has a calorie count on the menu. We understand now why it was so empty on a Saturday night at dinner time. We ordered spinach dip it was spinach not cut up enough to put on the soggy pita triangles. The dip was full of oil barely any cheese. The salmon tacos...were bland and was not covered in a salsa but chunks of pineapple and onion. While the ceaser salad is covered in a vinegary"ceaser" dressing.my wife sangria was good! Not all was lost! Sadly I proposed wife here a few years ago. I will not be bringing her back here anytime soon, as I still like her.More

Took my Grandmother out for her birthday , Staff was pleasant but our server was preoccupied with something that didn't include the customers. Our order, four people in the party, was wrong and one of us had to wait for a replacement meal. We could...not get our servers attention, only three other parties in the restaurant, and had to get up to ask for condiments. The food was pretty good but over priced, $23.95 for a cob salad with 3 to 4 oz chicken, $23 for chicken souvlaki. I will not be recommending this location to friends !More

Wow...there were so many things were wrong with our recent breakfast experience at this location it's hard to know where to start. We made a spontaneous decision to try this place as the patio was set back from the road, and we wouldn't have to...sit at an unsheltered picnic table right on HWY 24. Gluten free options and knowledge....ZIP! In fact our server didn't know if the breakfast potatoes were gf and suggested my husband try a few of mine and see how it goes. No options for gf bread, or substitutions, so the $15 very skimpy Deluxe Omelette was served with a side of 3 slices (not ripened) tomato. Our server Lianne was a nice lady, but was the only one on duty for the entire patio and was stretched to the limit. Although our food came out quite quickly and was hot, we noticed most tables were waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. There is a missed opportunity here. Plant some flowers, pull some weeds, get rid of the ant farm under the table that was congregating in the spilled jam. And then there was the condition of the washrooms! No value here, and we won't be back to this location or any other Symposium location based on our experience.More

Terrible service, waited forever for food order only a few people in the restaurant. Out of the 4 orders only the chicken fingers were good. Had to wait forever for Bill. Stood up waiting and waiting and waiting. Can't imagine the service if they had...the restaurant full. Only about 4 groups of people were in the restaurantMore

Our for dinner with friends. Should have got the Friday special “Fish and fries”, but the description of the “Sesame Thai Chicken Wrap” sounded tasty. Amazing how words can deceive. This wrap had lots of chicken and veggies in it but part of the wrap...was soggy from the very bland Thai sauce mixed through. Not sure what they think Thai is but this sauce tasted more like weak mayo. The Tuscan soup was however was very tasty. Only downfall of the soup was the chick peas. Hubby said the fish and chips was very good. Pricing was reasonable and service was good.More

If your looking for large quantities of food, heres the place. Breakfast will fill you an your guests up. Supper offers an excellent variety of dishes that again will please you an your guests. Attached to a hotel, you sometimes have to pick your time...as it fills up fast. Reasonably priced, great place to take family an friend's.More

I went here with a friend for lunch. It was fairly busy and it took quite some time to have our order taken. We had to wait about an hour for our lunch. We were told that a server did not show up for her...shift BUT the management should have handled this better. We were basically ignored and the food was just average. The salad was strange in that it had radishes, tons of red onion, carrot, red cabbage and a tiny bit of romaine. I had the grilled vegetable wrap and it was pretty soggy. The prices were high as well ($14 for a wrap). I doubt that I will return to this restaurant.More

A really interesting menu. Really nice staff. I liked the fruit mixed with herbs drink. Food was middle of the road and expensive for the portions.

I was here on a coffee date. The 2 nice ladies working there allowed us to chat for a few hours with just the purchase of a coffee. Nice clean quiet place.

Just enjoyed a nice lunch as we travelled back home to Chatham.I ordered off the Tuesday Special Menu. $12.95 Shrimp Cabanara with $4 glass of Pinot...wow! Followed by an Espresso and Chocolate Brownie with ice cream... yumm! Yes I over indulged today. Great place ,...great service PLUS nice and quiet for a change of pace from loud music @ Bar and Grill Places.More
