This is our usual breakfast spot on a Saturday morning. Service from Amanda is always friendly. Food has never disappointed.

The food options range from basic fruit and sides to fill out entire breakfast eggs, pancakes, waffles, home fries, toast etc. The waffles are pretty good - the meat dishes like sausage and bacon are lacking - low quality. Eggs were good and lots of...nice fruits in all dishes. The kids do like it here - pretty expensive for a breakfast place - minimum $20 per person seems like. We spent over $80 for breakfast and nothing entirely special. Would come back but not every weekend.More
Still one of the better franchises. Since visiting an outlet about seven years ago I noticed that the menu had been updated. Great place with good food and excellent service by Tara.
We spent several hours at the restaurant waiting. Staff didn't rush us out the door, which was very nice. My meal was good, but it left me hungry. Hot chocolate is awesome, topped with whipped cream, and costs less than a glass of orange juice.
From the people (Sylvia) who always takes my call with an amazing attitude and a big smile via phone, to the wonderfully fresh fruit Samira Wake Up plate, (with a side order of Salmon, Rye bread capers and fresh Cheddar Cheese) to the fabulously made...up Stacked Burger my Big Fluffy Guy really enjoys ~ A definite place to visit!More
the wait was not long and had a coffee while i waited not butter included with the four pieces of toast ..... still overpriced 37.00 for 2 omelettes ....:(
Cora is just ok - the service was super friendly however the food quality and options are just ok. I find fortinos has a pretty solid breakfast now to compete. If you want to have a breakfast outing its not a bad choice but just...so many other options. Over time feel like the place is dated and not keeping up with the competition.More
A wide selection of both traditional and original breakfast fare, this place offers health-conscious items, but lets you pig out on sausages and bacon if you prefer. The food is prepared with attention to detail, and the result is as tasty as it is aesthetic....The place isn't too noisy even during peak weekend brunch hours, service is attentive and efficient, and parking is ample. Prices are well above typical breakfast joints, but in line with other healthy dining restaurants.More
One of our favourite places for an everyday breakfast or brunch, the food and service are invariably perfect. The large array of dishes with fresh fruit is one of our favourite aspects, likewise the number of egg dishes. Peggy's poached is a great combination, even...better with a side of peameal bacon. the restaurant is large with flexible seating, making it perfect for large groups, while the booths are good for 2-4 people. Two forks up (out of a max 2)More
Our last visit was not good at all, fruits weren't fresh at all and charged extra for totally burned sausage .. I decided not to to Cora anymore..
Well, the breakfast (eggs Benedict) was the first thing I ate on Thursday, later that afternoon I was ill! Upset stomach, and the rest that goes with it! So everall, not too impressive! Don’t know if it was the sauce, the ham the eggs or...the fruit! All in all, not a happy camper!More
I like Cora and hadn't been for awhile. Am glad glad we chose this one. I have a favourite dish that I cannot resist and my husband is a bacon and eggs man. All of our food was great. It was very busy but the...service was quick, and pleasant. It was a real treat for me to enjoy a good Cora once again.More
I should have known not to go in when at 8 am the parking lot was empty When I got inside there was only 1 other table eating and most of the staff was literally goofing around by the kitchen. I heard one staff member...remark that it had been really slow lately and they wondered why I had to wait extra time for a poached egg because it was explained to me they take longer......my home fries were cold and not cooked and the toast was barely toasted. Then 2 men sat in the booth behind me and started very loud cell calls which was annoying and distracting then the booth in front of me also became occupied by folks using their cell phones for business calls. I barely ate anything and left and i said to the waitress it was partly due to the lack of consideration by the other clients and all i got was a shrug. I think i know why they are not busy if this goes on daily. There are a lot of breakfast places in Burlington to choose from frequented by business people and I have never experienced this degree of lack of regard for fellow diners. Good luck 1More
My family frequent this restaurant for brunch. It’s our family place for reunions, birthdays and other family events. We all love the food, the atmosphere, cleanliness, and most importantly, the staff. They are friendly, attentive and always make us feel welcomed.
Mid- morning my friend and I approach the cafe' by motor vehicle, from the outside the impression one would get was that the cafe' was either closed or empty. On entering we were immediately met by a young lady who made it quite obvious she...had no knowledge of what customer service entailed. Looking around I immediately had a sense the place was going down hill. The decor is dated and it appeared not to be too clean. We were asked once sitting down in what seemed like a completely empty cafe' if we would like some drinks, a menu was placed on the table in front of me. I actually did not touch it because it was so dirty I used a spoon to turn the pages. The knife Fork & Spoon were encrusted with old food all four sets on the table. When I requested a replacement set the server gave me a dirty arrogant look and basically snatched the utensils off me and brought back a second dirty set. Which i subsequently complained about. The food well, I have eaten "The Full English Breakfast" in as many places in the world you could possibly think of from the 7 star hotels to truck stops, THE BREAKFAST SERVED TO ME THAT DAY WAS THE MOST DISGUSTING EXAMPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN ON A PLATE BEFORE ME. First, Hash browns stone cold, second, Bacon that would have been better used for the sole of a work boot, three, Ham slice stone cold and covered in grease. Must I go on? Obviously I did point out these issues only to find the server felt it was too much trouble to mention I will get you a new breakfast, instead she felt it was easier to have it warmed up, WHAT!!!!!!!!!!. Needless to say, we left, I did pay in full and I did leave a $3.00 tip I,m not that other sort of guy. Being kind can sometimes hurt more when the have time to process what really should have happened. Needles to say I suggest you do not (DO NOT) use the Cafe' Incidentally, there were only two other patrons in the cafe which has a capacity of approximately 100. Now on the other hand the sunset grill across the street was full to capacity I wonder why.More
