Went to eat there, was told they don't take reservations, then when we got there, was told they have a 2.5 hr wait. I didn't make a scene as there were people behind us, said thanks and left. I called back and asked why the...wait time if it's first come first served. He said it's not reservations, it's a "line". He didn't tell me that when I called first time asking if they were open, he just said it was first come, first served. 100 bucks says there was no wait...anyway, won't be going back there. They are poorly managed and the food is definitely mediocre anyway.More

Honestly, just don’t go. Its fine, mediocre, average, but you can do a lot better. The food’s meh and its not a very comfortable place.

Quick and friendly service. Large pieces of sashimi. I have seen better selection at other places but I would definitely eat there again!

all the food is excelllent, lots to choose from and love that you order from a tablet and the plates keep coming until you are full, no waste like buffets!!! Service is great. Atmosphere is good.

Neither the best nor the worst in class, this all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant delivers adequate quality at average prices. The place itself is poorly laid out. The ceramic floors and tall, industrial ceilings result in a noisy environment. Unless you're lucky to get a booth, you'll...be seated at one of the many tables along a wall-to-wall bench. This means that if there's a restless child seated anywhere along that bench--and there are plenty of those kids during the weekend--you'll feel like you're in the dining car on a slow train to Bangalore. The tablet system works poorly; twice during the course of the meal we received someone else's order. The food itself is fine, if uninspiring. The beef was somewhat overcooked, but the short ribs were good. Avoid the nigiri sushi; like many AYCE places, the pieces are half the standard size, but Asano also reduces the thickness of the fish topping, resulting in an awkward fish-rice ratio. Service is attentive, and mall parking is ample.More

We have dined in at the restaurant many times - this time we ordered delivery and the order came quickly, accurate and efficiently. The driver was very nice and the food was all excellent. Many negative reviews - the maki rolls are fine - not...sure how elaborate of orders some are critiquing however the seaweed salad was great, maki rolls all nice and tasty. Definitely hit or miss place but overall this time was point on!More

I regularly visit friends who live in the neighborhood and they seem to like the place. Decor is perhaps best described as "stark". Not what I'd call inviting. Food is truly all you can eat - you order on a tablet and food is delivered...somewhat haphazardly. Not the best quality sushi but it's okay. And I go back because my friends like it. Staff isn't very knowledgeable - the first time I was there someone in our party ordered a Long Island Iced Tea - the response "we only serve green tea". When she was told that's an alcoholic drink she did get one from the bar but it was truly horrible. Nobody could drink it. Just an observation - over the years I've been there maybe half a dozen times and I've never seen the place full. There are always empty tables which says something about what people in the neighborhood think of it.More

Not the most gourmet sushi restaurant, but it's not bad, either and it's truly All You Can Eat! You order on an ipad and staff quickly bring plate after plate of food to your table. It's amazing when you're hungry for sushi! I also enjoy...the noodle dishes and the soup. And the service is very polite!More

Against my better judgment, I gave into a sushi craving and decided to try this place since it was close. Where to begin...the server was completely spaced out and missing most of the meal. The "tuna" was clearly fake, and is actually oilfish or escolar....It arrived partially FROZEN (like biting into a tuna popsicle). The rolls looked like they were put together by someone who had 10 minutes experience making sushi, the fried chicken was essentially in a soup of oil. If you paid me to eat here for free, I would laugh and decline. It's fine to be a lower-end sushi place, but at least have some pride in your establishment. It's obvious based on our experience that the owners have cut every possible corner in the name of profit, which is ironic since they'll never profit off me again.More
