How Can you go Wrong with Pizza

Always the same, always quick to deliver, they keep note of your previous orders which is good then there is limited room for error.

Mmmm hot and tasty pizza

Out of all the pizza places, Toppers is our favourite because the toppings taste so fresh and the crust is good. No gimmicks here - just good food. We order takeout all the time and have never had a complaint. I particularly enjoy the vegetarian -- the toppings are so generous!

Great pizza but....shame there's no attention to details.

Some good pizza. Lately they have been skimpy on the cheese. It used to be one of the cheesiest zahs around now not so much. I've been ordering here for years. It's my go to pizza joint at work. That is until I just tried the pizza depot. And mmmm. If they screw up your order they don't seem to really care. Especially if they forget a free item (garlic butter crust) when you call to let them know that this is the third or fourth pizza in a row that they've screwed up they will just say well it's a free item what do you expect. Well at 20$ a pizza I expect my pizza to be as ordered. Slowly going down hill. But at least it's better than the hamilton on upper gage store where they refuse to take your delivery order at 1030 because they close in a half an hr. That's when you out smart them and place the order online. Although they may have the last laugh so be careful. I've called management to let them know...over a month ago...still no reply back. Maybe it's time to let corporate office know or the franchise owners.

Lack of respect and cold food

We ordered our pizza and according to the order information and the time we got the pizza, more than 60 minutes passed. The food was cold and when I called to asked about where the order was, the woman on the other end of the phone was outright rude about my concerns. There are dozens of pizza places to order from in town so we will order elsewhere from now on. Not to mention that we paid far more for pizza from here than for equally bad pizza from somewhere else.

Ordered the online XL 3 topping $19.95 pizza with Bacon Chicken and Red onions. Had one of my co- workers to go and pick it up and she returned with a bill for a pizza that cost me $32.50 for 1 pizza. I immediately called as I though there must've been an error to be told that because I ordered chicken (considered two toppings) that automatically increased my pizza price to $29.95 plus $2.50 for the extra pizza topping. Soooooo they are basically double dipping by increasing your pizza price and charging you for the topping........ be very weary of what you order from these scam artists!!!!!! My $25 dollar treat for my staff became $50 with 2 dips and 2 drinks ....Rip off

Don't waste your time. They have zero customer service. You'll be blamed for any issue with your order and made to continually follow up, or even drive to the location to speak to an owner. Worse customer service, average at best pizza. Take your business elsewhere.

Thai Pizza from Topper's

I often order Pizza from Topper's Pizza. I love the crust on the pizza. My favorite is the Thai Pizza, it is so good. They also offer you a loyalty card 10 pizzas and the next one is free. I've been able to take advantage of that card several times. The only thing I don't like is that they add a delivery charge to the bill if you don't pick it up. Adding the delivery charge and the tip can add up.

Picked up 2 larger pizzas ( peperoni and bacon).. pizzas were red.. with sauce.. very little cheese and toppings. I will never go back this location again. poorly done.

No longer a quality oizza

We have ordered for many years. The last time both pizzas were way over cooked. We let them know when the survey came in. They said it was I'm possible as they have special ovens. They asked what they can do to make it up. How bout a free pizza? Nope we received a $4 credit. We won't be back Checking Facebook. I see we are nit the only ones

Great place to get your pizza and if you join online, you also, get great deals. Their pizza tastes delicious and their crust do taste homemade. The staff are very nice - when you call in for an order, the staff always recommend better deals.

A Smile would be nice

We pick up often. I thin the person who takes the order does not care much about the customers. The way they take order and do not help shows that they either get a lot of business or do not care.. Pizza is good..
