It was disappointing to be honest.
We had reservations for 7 but not seated until 7:50, food was good, gentleman at the table was interactive and friendly. the 2 of us were the only ones that ordered lobster, however we ended up sharing 1, 3 itty bitty pieces each, while the other whole one was given to a young lady at the other end of the table that had NOT ordered it.
Between ordering and cleaning the table for the dessert and bill we didn't see our server once.

We have come here a few times in the past- maybe been a little under a year now since our last visit. The food is pretty tasty - the show was good - nothing spectacular but engaging and fun for kids especially. The service is very mediocre - took a bit to be seated with a reservation and didn’t get the basics down like being a water - ask if my kids who are young needed a booster etc! Felt like we had to ask for everything - we aren’t that picky but service is just so so. The evening was nice and food was tasty - really like the fried rice option and all grilled meats / proteins were excellent cooked right in front of you! The last drawback is nowadays how wait staff expects like 20-30% tips when they are not even that attentive - insane precedent we have set! Pressure and reminders to tip as if they were not taken care of before definitely makes it less genuine - get away from me when I’m paying lol! Anyways interesting - just average experience!

The food was good but the menu is quite pricey. The ‘show’ was uneventful and the chef was just going through the motions. The food was tasty though

Had anticipated an enjoyable dinner with cocktails, appetizers, saki and dinner. What we got was the feeling of "get em in, get em out". Had our order for cocktails, appetizers, and main course taken. We got the cocktails, soup, and salad plopped in front of us and then the Chef was there to start the meal. Appetizers had not even been brought out. While parts of our dinner was being put on our plates, the appetizer arrived. We never got the chance to order Saki to have with our dinner, not did we have the chance to enjoy our evening. Such a disappointment since this was a Father's Day dinner where we had looked forward to an enjoyable dinner and instead felt robbed of a leisurely evening. Server and Manager were also very indifferent when we mentioned it and didn't seem to care we were disappointed.

I had high hopes. Those hopes were first dashed when our group of 3 were placed in a room, which I’m sure used to be a closet beside the bathrooms. There were 9 total in this room. If you ever get seated in this room, I feel sorry for you. It is Smokey and hot. If you are unlucky enough to get seated on the end by the wall, I feel really sorry for you. You can not move, and you can not see anything because of the bottles of sauces for the chef. The wall is right behind you and you literally have no space. The server can’t even get to you with drinks, the person on the corner has to pass them down to you. This is an enclosed room so be prepared to breathe in smoke and smell like the food when you leave.
This could all be a little more acceptable if the food was amazing, unfortunately this isn’t the case. We had the starters and they were ok. The calamari was excellent, and the noodles were very good. That’s where it ended. I can make a better steak at home. The chef asked me if I wanted it medium because they had all the orders messed up. I said no I wanted it rare… in fact the way it is now would be perfect I told him. Apparently that means keep cooking it for 5 more minutes until it is overcooked and tough and flavourless.
The best part of the meal was when we paid and walked out of the closet and felt the cool air that all the other customers were able to experience.
The server bringing drinks was good even though he also could hardly move in this closet right beside the bathrooms.
This is not what I expect for a night out that costs over $300.

We have been there a couple times for dinner and it is usually pretty good.
Today I took my daughter and granddaughter for lunch, it was cold so I asked for a coffee, she brought water and took our order. After the rice and salad came I asked again for the coffee and she said it is coming. the chef cooked our meals, we all had chicken, it was quite dry. We couldn't eat it without some sauce. When we were done she asked if we wanted something else, no just the bill. Never did get my coffee.
It was a waste of $100.00. Don't think I will be back.

We had high expectations as it was for a birthday, and we wanted a food experience “a show”. We have been to many different hibachi experiences before in different places and this was far the worse experience. The only show was putting the fire on the hot table to clean. The rice was done at the hot table behind us, and then brought over to our table done.??? No heart beat rice, or knife tricks, no onion volcano, nothing. Very disappointed, would never go back. Was in and out of the restaurant within 45 minutes. Please don’t call yourselves a dinner and show, absolutely not that! For the price you pay, not worth the value you get at all.

I was travelling with my son and he recommended Hibachi. We were on our way to Niagara on the Lake and stopped for dinner. Very unique experience. The chefs are so talented and amusing. Better than that - the food is freshly chopped and quickly grilled. I was fine on a low carb diet (without the rice) and had the steak and shrimp combo. Very healthy eating and lots of fun. Did I also say very reasonable for the high quality of food.

This place takes too long to bring your food and doesn’t have enough food to fill you up. I don’t recommend coming here.

Ryan was an amazing chef. Not only was everything cooked perfectly but he was better than many of the other chefs at his knife abilities. He was so funny and his volcanos were amazing. Highly recommend.

This a fun place to visit.The cooks put on a show that amused everyone and the food is very good and reasonably priced.I recommend this place and will return.

So many restaurants, this is a good choice if you want to have fun while enjoying your meal. Dinner for four. Had a mix of lobster, shrimp, scallops and chicken. The chicken slightly overdone, but would recommend the other choices. Should definitely upgrade to fried rice vs. plain rice.
Meal very enjoyable because of skills of table chef.
A few criticisms. Once our first set of beverages were delivered, we did not see the server again. The front manager on duty covered once asked. Also, one of the guests ordered plain rice and we had to ask for it, as this was forgotten.
A little expensive if you choose to upgrade the soup and rice, but recommend you do so.

We have been to the restaurant several times and have always had great service and great food. The hibachi chefs make it a fun time for all, especially our 2 grand sons.
