Demetres has new owners. The staff was quick to seat us and get our order. We had 2 cappuccinos and an ice cream waffle, which came pretty quick despite the place being quite full. They were quite attentive to us, making sure we were satisfied with our order. We will be back and bring our friends.

Came here during the weekday, I haven’t been to this location in a few years. It was nice to see the new interior renovation. I think the interior looks great, very welcoming and colourful. My friend and I were seated inside. We both had the Moo lala (my favourite dish from demetres). I had mine with a Belgian waffle and my friend had his with a crepe. Overall we enjoyed it, although the portions are so big, we weren’t able to finish our plates. Make sure you dine in on an empty stomach.

Ordered a 2 scoop make your own sundae couple times on uber eats. Horrible Horrible service. Each time came in some paper box just 2 scoops with the toppings. No wafers no whipped cream! Just slapped in the box like crap. Never order on uber eat!!
They don t give a crap about your order!!

2nd & last time I will ever visit this place. Service is non-existent, they are unable to accommodate very basic menu requests (oat milk - no; ok then, skim milk? No …..) and very expensive. Only redeeming feature is that it seems clean and the decor is bright. You have a lot of time to admire the decor as you wait and wait for someone ….. anyone! to notice you are there.

Terrible attitude from waiters and owner doesn’t care about customers. Actually got up and left tonight after waiting to be served for way too long. I complained to the Owner but he didn’t seem to care of even acknowledge what I was telling him about proper way to treat customers. Never going back!

This is was the highlight of my night. The staff were super friendly, the menu was to die for - so many options. If you want coffee, icecream, waffles, crepes, icecream sundaes this is where you need to be. Definitely a very fun atmosphere. I will be bringing my family back here.

This place has been our go to for the past 5 years for cheesecake. They always perfect it, the strawberry will forever be a favourite. And their caramel fudge brownie cheesecake is their second best 😊

I went here for my birthday with a group of friends. The crepes, waffles and ice cream were all delicious. They had candles in my dessert and happy birthday played over their audio system. Only down side was that they didn't take reservations.

Went on Mother's Day for a Café Americano with mom, was pleasantly surprised to receive a free rose for her. Cheesecake was average and like most cafes, overpriced. Coffee was very good.

Really good ice cream for a fairly decent price. Maybe slightly over priced but the dish sizes are large and the ice cream is better than your store bought ice cream.

Visited Demetre’s on Canada Day for a family outing and enjoyed delicious crepes with ice cream. The portions are very generous and the presentation is great. Prices were about $12-15 per person.
The customer service was fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive. We will definitely be returning soon.

My family and I tried this place out on a snowy February night. The portions are enormous, the prices are the same. There are not many options if you are gluten free. The service was excellent. The ice cream treats were delectable and we will certainly be back. Maybe once a year.
