Had a lovely spicy fried chicken meal here with the kids. Service was friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Tasty food, good service

Been going here for some time, food has always been good and tasty. Service is normally good and fast. never had any issues with a wrong order or missing items. Eat in on last visit, family enjoyed it.

Good Chicken

Occasionally we treat ourselves to some good ole' fast food fried chicken. The chicken is freshly done (prefer spicy) and don't forget the spicy fries and mashed potatoes. What's wrong with throwing away the broccoli and having a little treat here and there.....We love Popeyes!

The food was so good. The service was excellent and they were so friendly.I love it...... I was here with my friends. We order 2 PC and 4 PC combo and the chicken wrap and also the Cajun poutine. There was no delay or any problem. We all enjoyed the food it was hot and delicious We all eat the food so happily. Thanks to them we got a nice experience. Thank you, we will visit again......

Remarkable food and service!!

I'm in love with Deluxe Burger but this time I also tried their newly introduced chicken wings. Ms Poonam was very generous in handing over us few of their sauce toppings. We tried honey garlic and hot sauce. Excellent and quick service by the entire staff of Applebys branch. 👏👏👏

Worse experience at a Popeyes ever

I took a friend who had never experienced or tried Popeyes chicken. The chicken was dry, the biscuits cold and when I asked for butter for the biscuits, apparently they no longer carry butter! At a time when restaurants should be fighting to gain customers, this place just lost a loyal customer as well as a potential new one!!!! I will try the location across town, don’t want to have a single location ruin my view on a chain that until now had always been my favourite fried chicken go to.

it has a welcoming environment and friendly staff but as I received my food I found nail clippings in my chicken sandwich along with hair, how could this be accidental. (side note wash that greasy hair). 🙏😁

Nicely seasoned, tender chicken, and real bread buns for the sandwiches. Staff is friendly, and service is blazingly quick - I waited less than a minute for my combo. I like how they find the combo to give you the best price for your order, without trying to push extras on you like they do in some other chains. Prices are good, and parking is ample.

LAST TIME I patronize ANY Popeye's in Canada!

There wasn't a clean table in the place and it was not busy. The floors were a mess. There was ABSOLUTELY NO FOOD READY TO GO! And I mean NOTHING! I looked behind the counter and there was absolutely NO chicken or ANYTHING ready and yet there were 6 people waiting for orders or waiting to order. Time from order to receiving order - 16 minutes, and that was for the daily special! Really? Another guest ahead of me ordering for 3 waited 35 minutes for their order! This store and the entire chain has no idea what "fast food" is! The young lady serving me misrepresented the promo - Side or Drink for $1.89 and kept saying side AND drink for $1.89. I kept questioning the charges and the manager stepped in and YELLED at me! REALLY??? It's not me that was doing the MISREPRESENTATION! And he heard exactly what she said! This is the first time I've been in any Popeye's in about a year. Nothing has changed. PATHETIC SERVICE! Extremely POOR staff attitudes and customer service, never enough or any food ready to serve. This will be the LAST TIME I patronize ANY Popeye's in Canada!

Called at 3:30 pm to place an order for delivery. First try, no answer. Second try, was originally told I couldn't place the order as they only delivered after 5:00 pm. Cool, I was ordering for 5:15. Was then told that I couldn't order until 4:30 pm. Not sure why they couldn't take the order, no reason given. Called at 4:30 pm. Line was busy. Tried 5 times for 15 minutes. Line was busy. It's been 20 years since I got a busy signal at a restaurant. Didn't think that was still possible. Gave up. Ordered elsewhere. Definitely recommend the good from a previous experience but a frustrating experience.

Friendly staff, great fast-food chicken

Love the fact I can phone in my pickup order and it is always ready to go when I get there. Best advice is to call in your order for take-out. Big pieces of chicken, food is always hot. Average price but decent value.
