Usually come by here once a month for sure to order a cool summer drink. always prepared the best of all Second Cups!

The service is horrible. I was served by some blonde girl who was completely rude..The latte she made was disgusting and tasted like they used spoiled milk. The building was very unclean. The staff was not professional at all. When I asked to speak to...the manager, the rude blonde girl claimed she was the manager. I left very upset. I love second cup but will never set foot in this one again.More

I love second cup coffee have the app and everything. Have been going to the Brant Street location for months, the service is okay because they know me, but I have given up on them because the place is so dirty, they care about the...coffee but don't care about anything else. Counters and bathroom are filthy. You ask them to refill the shakers for the coffee they are empty and dirty. They had a huge problem with fruit fly got the cleared up but haven't learn from that experience. Sooo disappointed, I really want to get my coffee there but just can't.More

We went through drive thru for 1 coffee. White mocha 1/2 sweet. Specified 1/2 the syrup so it's not so sweet. Noone in line but us, order took a loooooong time, only to get the wrong coffee. And it was super sweet. Seriously. Almost $6...for a med coffee. Long wait and you get the order wrong. If we were closer we'd of turned around and returned the coffee. Disappointed Second cup.More

Messy cups, the ink marker ran into my coffee after coffee came spilling out of the lid. The flavour of the regular ground coffee was horrible. Taste was bitter and burnt. Food was horrible. Will not go back.

Great coffee and goodies. wonderful staff especially first thing in the morning and a great location for a leisurely coffee on thier street level patio with an excellent view of lake Ontario!

We have been going to this location for a while as well - for the same reason as the previous reviewer - my wife loves the hot chocolate! So they must have done something right in creating such a great hot chocolate - now they...just need to get consistent on their delivery - we will always buy either a small size or sometimes even two children's size (one for my don, one for my wife) and we have not had the "cup half empty" problem the other reviewer had with these sizes - and the cost is considerably less as well!More

I have been going to this location for many years my wife loves their hot chocolate so I grab 2 for her. It has been amazing never a problem up till 6 months ago lm getting tired of driving accross town home to find out...they are half full and I know the whip cream disolves but not in the middle of the large cup. Tonight I went to pick up 4 we had friends coming over to vist, did the take out as usual half full $17.20 cost.. Maybe we should call it half cup not Second Cup....More
