The service was friendly and helpful in choosing a meal to get what I wanted. Restaurant environment old and tired. The lobster tail looked larger and better in menu photos than the actual plated items. My husbands fish on a bun arrived with an oily coating on the top of the bun! Satisfied my curiosity but won’t go back.

I had a gift card to use for Red Lobster so decided to treat my daughter and self to a luncheon here. We each ordered a glass of wine...Pelham Riesling for her and a Peller Cab Sauv for me. Both very good. We decided on coconut shrimp to start along with Seafood stuffed mushrooms...very tasty .. excellent choices ! We probably could have stopped here but we went on to order Crab Alfredo and Shrimp Linguini. We enjoyed both immensely but ended up taking some home. Because we were here to celebrate both our birthdays we received a " celebration sundae " which we could hardly eat but managed to share some of it. Excellent service was provided by Gillian ..a very friendly and personable server. Looking forward to a return visit !

I have been a customer of Red Lobster for 4 decades. I love their food and the service is generally very good. I have stuck with them thru rising prices and reduced menu options. But charging $2.49 for a small side salad instead of making it a 'standard' side as it has always been might just be the straw to break the camel's back. Most restaurants consider a small side salad a standard side. I can't for the life of me understand why Red Lobster changed and no one at their locations can explain it either.

I love this! The endless shrimp deals on Monday's are amazing! You can get as much shrimp as you want for only $25 dollars on Monday's. I loved the Cajun Chicken Linguini Alfredo and it was absolutely delicious! We went her for one of my family members birthday's, so they gave him a birthday sunday. Our waiter was extremely nice. She let us take food home (at Red Lobster, some waiters don't let you take food home). The restaurant is very pretty, the decorations are beautiful. Everyone in my group was pleased with their meals, even the little kids who had some fish & Mac N' Cheese.

My husband and myself had not been to a Red Lobster for quite some time but we were in Burlington for a concert at the Performing Arts Centre and decided to stop there to have dinner. We both had the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken dinner and it was absolutely delicious. To make our dinner perfect was the server (Jasmine B) we had. She was very friendly and attentive to everyone's needs. So nice to see a young lady caring about her guests. I did go over to the manager Chris after our meal to tell him how impressed we were with the meal and Jasmine because my belief is to always stress the positive experiences when we have them. We will definitely return to this location.

With news of bankruptcy, we wondered if Red Lobster was even open as a choice for a birthday celebration. Open Table reservation not able to be made any more, but on phoning, we were assured that it was business as usual. Our group of 5 adults were all happy with their meal, the waitress was helpful re choices for one member with food allergies, and the manager was checking that we were enjoying our meal. Service was friendly and efficient, and there were seconds on the yummy cheddar biscuits, and a complimentary sundae for the birthday person. Don’t be scared off by the bankruptcy protection news.

I loved Red Lobster. The buns were so delicious and you could eat as many as you felt like. The platter with Walts shrimp, cod, crab fingers and scallops was amazing. I had a side of bacon mac n cheese which was incredibly tasty. We shared an entré of seafood stuffed mushrooms...so delicious. Our waitress was fast and very personable. It made our visit even more pleasant

$51.99 for the Ultimate Feast!!!! Doesn’t include salad and the portion size has shrunk considerably!! Red Lobster is basically an upscale fast food restaurant charging fine dining prices. I realize prices have climbed on everything these days, but this is getting absurd. There are MUCH better restaurants in town that charge considerably less, with professional chefs, not part time teenagers. Won’t be long before they go out of business if they continue pricing themselves out of the market. I won’t be back.

Disappointed to say as a regular customer of Red Lobster since 1974 I hardly ever go there anymore. Reasons being your upper level management keeps making unpopular changes to the menu. Whoever is making these unpopular decisions needs to be terminated. This all started during and continued after Covid 19. For example; Didn't offer blue cheese salad dressing. Discontinued Sailors Platter. Which was one of your more popular lunch items. Starting charging for bacon bits on baked potatoes. REALLY? Guarantee your competitors across the street don't. You know who I'm talking about. Eventually someone in corporate wised up and changed the menu back somewhat except for charging for bacon bits and managed to find some blue cheese dressing for God's sake. Now you've started charging for salads even on entrées. Really? I can tell these unpopular decisions have effected your bottom line. Better get with the program before you have to start shuttering restaurants.

We went to the Burlington Red Lobster for lunch on Sunday July 18th, 2021 for our 57th wedding anniversary because we had enjoyed their food and service over the years. However this time we were disappointed not with the food but with the beverages. We both ordered diet Coke and were disappointed the Coke was flat and totally without carbonation. We had consumed about 1/3 of the glass when our waitress came by and asked how everything was. I told her the Cokes were flat and she replied that happened yesterday (Saturday July 17th, 2021) as well. She took back the two flat cokes and upon our request brought us two glasses of water. However when the bill came the two cokes were still charged at $2.99 each plus tax. My complaint is why did the management of the Burlington Red Lobster not resolve a complaint from the day prior and charge us for the inferior products. Most Customers do not complain at the restaurant but when there is a unresolved problem they tell 10 of their friends not to go to that restaurant. Red Lobster Burlington consider this complaint my telling the public not to go to you anymore because you do not resolve and remedy known problems nor provide quality product and service.

We ordered from the Choose 3 menu. One didn't enjoy the salmon and I was presented with half a plate of popcorn shrimp and the half with green beens. Very unappealing! Even the biscuits are tasteless. We hadn't been since before covid and will not return. The Lobster Bisque and the Clam Chowder were good. The hostesses and our server were very pleasant. But, the food....

First time back since before Covid, Instant mashed potatoes, only green beans for a vegetable and they tasted dry and freezer burnt. Long island iced tea is now a cheap pre-mix (yuck) Prices went up a little but quality went down a LOT. Red Lobster has seen the last of us, nostalgia & all, it's a little sad as we celebrated all of our family birthdays there in the past.

Eight of us went for dinner for my daughter's birthday as well as her best friend's mom's birthday that happened to be on the same day. Service was ok, however when I asked the clam chowder to be brought with the appetizers he insisted it was to come with the meal. My grandson ordered steak and green beans for his dinner, The green beans were cold and a few of them were still frozen, which we sent back and had a second bunch brought out that were not fully cooked or hot, his steak was full of gristle and not medium-rare as requested. The rest of our meals seemed to be ok, I had the Admirals feast which was excellent however I would not rush back to this particular restaurant due to several issues during the experience. If there is another Red Lobster within your area I suggest another place as our order exceeded $200 and was far from satisfactory.... such a birthday disappointment

Enjoyed a late lunch here with my parents recently and was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service and ambiance of the restaurant. Our waitress Amanda was wonderful and full of good humour on a gloomy day. We had a variety of appetizers - stuffed mushrooms, lobster and artichoke dip with tortilla chips and sweet chilli shrimp - all were very good. My lobster bisque wasn’t special though - only tiny bits of lobster and a little shy on overall flavour.
