We love their pho soups. We always have a rare and cooked beef pho and a satay rare beef pho with the rice paper shrimp and pork rolls. Great service at a family run restaurant.

The food and service is always good. It could use a fresh coat of paint and a general clean-up - very tired looking.

Being served hot tea as soon as we sat down made us feel welcome. Service was prompt and friendly. A few years ago we enjoyed very tasty fresh food. Today we were disappointed with dried out overcooked won ton and an unappetizing main course.

I love this place. I always order fresh spring rolls and Pho. The soup tastes amazing. My girlfriend didn’t like it. That is a bit of a bummer. The joint is old and no very well maintained, but the food is amazing.

Truly the quintessential Pho experience located in the heart of downtown BUrlington. Absolutely stellar food, kind service, great price. Favourite restaurant in the city!

At the suggestion of a fellow member of the Burlington Dad’s Facebook group, I tried Saigon on Brant Today. Ordered the rare beef Pho. This was the most unique Pho I’ve had in the Hamilton, Burlington and OAKVILLE area. Broth was less salty then other...places and noodles where thinner. Beef had excellent flavour, but was a bit chewy and stringy. More of a cross between a beef and a tripe. Beef portion was generous. I’ll definitely go back to try something else!More

We have had two meals here since discovered it in November, one dinner and one lunch. We, a family of four, enjoyed many delicious dishes and warm service here. The service was attentive and not rushed. We ordered udon chicken, udon beef, pha Thai chicken,...teriyaki chicken, and vegetarian salad. The size of the dishes was just right. The ingredients were fresh, tender meat with lots of veggies and very balanced seasoning. Everything was simple and comfortable, very homelike.More

We ordered spring rolls and pho, it was tasty! Service and...food was speedy! Broth in the soup was delicious! would go again!More

The food is not good, I ordered a vermicelli bowl bowl and the meat was ridiculously hard to chew and flavourless. The restaurant itself is disgusting, There are dead plants and a thick layer of dust everywhere. I had to use the washroom but was...too nervous to see what that looked like so I held it till I got home.More

My partner and my go here all the time and it's one of our favourite's. Although at first glance the decor may look a bit run down, we feel there is something very relaxing about this restaurant. It's a bit like going to your grandma's...kitchen. It's always easy to get a table and the food comes out very quickly. The pho is delicious, especially with the red sauce in the jars that they make in house. The pad thai is also amazing. I am celiac and have no problem getting gluten free food here. All at a very reasonable price.More

We went here for a work party as they wanted to go somewhere with Pho soup. The food here is inexpensive and tasty but the restaurant is definitely getting pretty old. I had the Pho soup with wontons and just wish that more wontons were...included then the 4 little ones I had.More

The food here is cheap and very tasty. The decor is tired and the waiter is surly. I hope the owners put some effort in cleaning it up and making it as appealing as it once was.

The soups are good but the atmosphere and old decor are a turn off. It is an eat and run type of diner. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

I've been to Saigon on Brant a single time and after my first experience I plan to go back. I ordered an A01, 213 and 503. The egg noodle based soup that I ate had a much more rustic and generally vietnamese flavor profile which...is something Pho Mi T&T is missing. The stock at Saigon on Brant is richer in flavor, I taste what I assume is the result of slowly simmering chicken bones in the stock with a deeper flavor that is present throughout the whole dish as opposed to just in the stock. I believe that for stock based dishes they are superior to the other alternatives I have tried in Burlington. Their decor is a little bit dated and could use with some dusting but I can overlook this as dust isn't a huge issue to me. The service I got was also terrific, my brother ate a spicy pepper which made him hiccup (which hasn't happened with spicy peppers before) and the chef (I assume owner) brought us over some water and laughed and handed us some more peppers and said spicy huh?. The overall feel of this place is more authentic to what I expect of a vietnamese restaurant, next time I need to try their Saigon Special which I assume is just the Beef Noodle Soup they advertise.More
