Group of 5 a variety of foods were ordered each and every person was extremely happy with the choices . Food was fresh and delicious.Staff was amazing A great evening that ended with too many Cappuccino and amaretto. Just don't mention BP in front of Mike.
We will definitely be back .

Went to Amici for the first time last Friday with my friend and it was delicious! I will definitely be going back. We both got pasta and it was fresh made in house noodles, they also have a masonry oven there so I’m sure their pizza would also be delicious! I’ve lived in Cambridge my whole life and I had never heard of Amici until my friend mentioned it. If covid-19 has taught me anything, it’s that it is so important to support and shop local, especially small business!

I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday at Amici this past weekend. Our server recommended the most delightful wine with our dinner. The pairing was perfect! We started with the calamari and it was by far the best I’ve tried. My partner had spaghetti bolognese which wasn’t a menu item but the chef was happy to accommodate his request. I went with the feature- stuffed chicken on a stunning salad with warm goat cheese.. I’m still thinking about it days later. That salad is actually what prompted me to write this review! Thank you Amici for the authentic Italian and your hospitality. We will be back!

I took my wife to amici on Saturday I walked into a nice warmth provided by the pizza oven which really added to the ambiance there was Italian music to Saranade us while we ordered. I order the fetuchiilni Leslie and my wife ordered a pizza
After a short wait our meal arrived and tasted phenomenal from the cream sauce on the pasta to the flavorful pasta itself it shows the staff care about their cooking and it was reflected perfectly in my dish. My wife had one bite of her pizza before falling in love with it the thin crust proscuto covered slice was something out of a movie wit the perfect crispy crust to the melted cheese in the middle she said she wished she could eat here everyday. Once we got our desert we realized this is our new favorite place the tirimisue they sell there is unlike any I have had before 10/10 would recommend.

Service is sub par. Asked for a modification on my pasta and the waitress told me the chef doesn’t “add” to the sauce.
The wine was flat as if the bottle was opened 2 weeks prior. The soda was flat. The pasta was chewy and I can tell that the seafood was not even close to being fresh. The pizza was chewy. And the calamari taste undercooked and chewy.
I can honestly say this was one the worst meals I have had in a very long time.
Came here because of the reviews and I must say I left extremely disappointed.

Overall. the experience was positive. The service was a bit slow but we figured that it was because 1) there was only one wait staff and she was working hard and 2) the pizza oven had not warmed up enough - and that takes time.
The quality of the food was excellent and the service was friendly. We were fortunate to sit outside as we don't want to sit inside yet in restaurants (though inside did look clean and pleasant).
Will come back and try more of their pasta dishes for sure!

This was our first visit to Amici and it did not disappoint. The service was very friendly and courteous. The menu offers lots of variety and the food is absolutely fabulous. My husband ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and I had the Alfredo Lesley. Portions are substantial and the pasta is homemade, as are the sauces. They even make their own bacon! The pizzas are made in a traditional stone oven, with the option to create your own pizza. Everything is so fresh and favourful. We had the homemade cheesecake for dessert and it melted in your mouth. You can tell this is a well-loved restaurant...people are treated like family and the steady stream of patrons attested to this.

This place is the BEST Italian restaurant I have eaten at in my life and I have eaten at plenty.
From
New York to little Italy in Toronto, this is definitely a hidden GEM. Will be telling anyone I can to try this place. We have appetizers, mains and desserts. The presentation of each dish was out of this world. The service was top notch. The owner even came out to make sure we were enjoying his creations. Try this place you will not be disappointed.

Five star all the way!
Best Place to eat in Cambridge, first time at this restaurant and we will be back often.
Highly Recommend, atmosphere was great, staff were attentive and owners were present and they care about the quality of food they are creating.

My wife and I came to Amici for a Friday night dinner off of a recommendation, and we were so glad we did! Not only was the quality and value of the food simply outstanding, the entire experience of sitting down for dinner at Amici feels like a family affair. The kind staff, the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, and even the enthusiastic regulars made for a welcoming and thoroughly enjoyable night.
Between the lasagne, the fungi pizza, and the blueberry cheesecake (which rightfully came highly recommended), it’s not an exaggeration to say that this was the best Italian dinner I’ve had in the tri-cities - maybe even in Ontario. We’ll definitely be back!

My fiancé and I ordered take out tonight , for what would have been our wedding, except this stupid pandemic.
We had the Fettuccini Leslie and the Pizza di Parma. The fettuccini was excellent and the sauce had a wonderful flavour to it. The pizza was traditional Italian style with the thin crust, and also had a wonderful combination of flavours.
Would definitely recommend, one of the best Italian restaurants I have been to, and certainly the TOP in Cambridge.
I used to work for a high end Italian restaurant in Hamilton when I was in school, and this is easily it's equal in terms of quality and flavour.

I was searching for a restaurant for my rehearsal dinner that could accommodate a large group, including some with specific dietary needs (vegan), and would have delicious food. Amici ended up exceeding both expectations. The owner of Amici was great to work with ahead of time as we planned logistics, and the food really delivered. We had approximately 15 people so we ordered ahead and did not have to wait long for our food once we sat down, which was much appreciated. There were a couple of small mixups with the orders, but nothing that affected the experience, especially because the staff dealt with the problems right away. We had a great time celebrating and were well looked after, and I think everyone enjoyed the meals. Would definitely recommend Amici for a large group event, and I would certainly go back for a regular meal as well.

My wife and I were looking for something new and tried Amici last night for the first time. With food this good, we were surprised we were the only ones dining as the indoor dining area has just reopened. Our appetizers of Oven Baked Meatballs (spicy) and the Insalata Mista were great. My wife had the Pizza Amici which she loved and I had the Gnocchi with Gorgonzola. I travel a lot for work and love Italian restaurants in the GTA and the Gnocchi was just as good if not better than any restaurant I’ve been to. Texture of the Gnocchi was well prepared and the sauce was light and the right amount. For dessert we shared the Tiramisu which was light and home cooked. My only regret is that I had to share it ;) Again a great way to finish a great meal. The service was great and very friendly. I can certainly recommend this restaurant for someone looking for a great meal from a local gem that more people should know about. We look forward to our next visit!

We were a group of four families with 20 in total in attendance for dinner. We had a beautiful meal. The food is fresh and cooked to perfection. I must give a special mention to the mussels appetizer as others have. It truly is made in a delicious sauce which they also offer in a pasta dish. So many options to choose from. Portions are very generous. Like many restaurants and small businesses, finding staff is so difficult. Our servers and kitchen staff went above and beyond to make our evening the best it could be. We will be back and will also be ordering from here for our pizza nights!

We have been living in Cambridge for more than 8 years and heard of this place, so we tried it one evening based on Google and was very pleased. The food was excellent and the service was great. Highly recommend if you are looking for authentic Italian food
